Lovely quiet street/neighbourhood within immediate walking distance to the CBD, off street and street parking available. Less than 1km to the main shopping district. A 2 bedroom unit with all modern accessories as shown in the photos. Wifi, Port-a-cot and Highchair. Even a coffee machine :) Please note: Street parking is strictly 4 hours. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!
