The Bothy @ Brightling Park Estate

The Bothy is for those seeking to relax and unwind in an an upmarket and unusual glamping experience. It is off grid set in an old sandstone building amongst fields and woodland. It offers an open fire to ensure you are warm and cosy as well as the usual amenities - shower, hot water and kitchen equipment, all of which are run off solar and gas. There are plenty of footpaths and local walks on its door step, even our local pub – The Swan Inn, is within a 30 minute walk. Well-behaved pets welcome

Beautiful cottage in lovely setting

Set in the beautiful rolling East Sussex countryside, in a designated AONB, Winters Farm Cottage is a lovely retreat.  Originally the stable block for Winters Farm, the cottage has been sympathetically converted retaining some original features and stylishly modernised. With outstanding views from the cosy interior we are sure you will have a wonderful break in this peaceful cottage. The cottage is detached, self contained & set away from the owners house with direct access to public footpaths.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

As well as Bewl water, Bedgebury Pinetum, fruit picking & plenty of National Trust properties on the doorstep, you won’t be short of things to do during your stay.

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

The Stables is a newly constructed oak framed building off a quiet country lane. Offering a light airy place to relax and enjoy the local area. Opposite the building is one of the many walks across fields to the village of Rushlake green, with its lovely pub and general stores, perfect for dog walkers. Wadhurst Castle Cottage is a charming Regency self catering holiday cottage with well proportioned rooms, creating a light, spacious holiday home for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with sofa bed available in the sitting room. It has its own small secluded garden and is located in the parkland of historic Wadhurst Castle Estate, near Royal Tunbridge Wells and within easy reach of the seaside, London and Gatwick. It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

Beautiful self contained detached let. The entrance is very private from the main house. Access to our private 3 acre field. Views are spectacular to say the least and the sunset never fails to deliver. Dallington Forest on our doorstep. We are close to many great country pubs and walks.
