Pet fee $10 a night (for one or two pets, max) to be paid upon departure in cash left in an envelope for housekeeper. Honor system. No pet over 50 pounds. The house has a new deck and railing for sunbathing, outdoor shower, full kitchen, etc. Separate downstairs space efficiency space sleeps 3 and only for upstairs guests for an additional charge. Only shared space is the laundry room.
