We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

Wonderful stay at an incredible home. Our group of 6 — including a baby and toddler — immediately felt at home here. The kitchen is generous and well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The backyard garden is private and brimming with gorgeous plants. It’s a perfect place to explore Holt and the nearby sea. We look forward to returning!

As we frequently stay at the caravan site at the end of the road we have driven past this property on numerous occasions and knew it would be ideal for us. We weren't disappointed and as soon as we got inside he felt right at home.

Had a fantastic stay. The cottage was just like a home from home. The garden like something straight from the secret garden book! Wanda was extremely welcoming of our dogs! Would highly recommend

Just returned from a 4 night New Year break with my family (2 adults and 4 children). We had a very enjoyable time. The location of the property was fantastic, very central and everything in 5/10 min walking distance. The property itself was spot on, plenty of space, very clean, well-equipped kitchen and it was lovely that the Xmas decorations were still up! Kathryn was very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. She also made us aware of a few minor problems beforehand that really didn’t impact us at all but it was great to have that info upfront. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we definitely would stay here again when visiting Cromer.

This was probably one of the best Air B and B’s we’ve stayed in, it just felt like home. The love that Matt has put into this cottage is so clear, from the little touches, the amazing smell when you walked in, to the digital guidebook which is carefully curated to provide information of the surrounding area and details about the cottage. Everything was exceptional standard and felt so carefully thought of, even down to the Japanese Toilet in the bathroom! Just amazing. I would recommend this Air B and B to anyone and I can’t wait to return ☺️ thanks again, Matt.

Two huge double bedrooms and one twin but all with en-suites! We loved the bright decor. Very well equipped kitchen. When we had the slightest of problems with heating Nicki immediately responded to our text even though it was 7am and we were warm as she could control remotely!!! We had a fabulous few nights and shall definitely return!!

My mother and I came here for a Monday to Thursday stay and we absolutely loved it! it's setting is fantastic as you are in the centre of Cromer and a few steps away from the beach front and promenade! the home furnishings were amazing and spotless, the bed was so comfortable I could've stayed in it all day! the kitchen was beautiful and very big with more than enough room for the two of us. we found the kitchen floor to be quite sticky but everything that we needed was there so we sorted that out without issue. we would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed a peaceful relaxing time at Lime Tree Lodge. Very comfortable accommodation and great having the hot tub.

We had a lovely stay at Angie's Airbnb. The location was great, super close to the town and the beach which was perfect for our family stay. Sheringham was a traditional seaside little town which we all enjoyed. We had great weather which also helped! The flat was much bigger than it looked from outside and was plenty big enough for the 5 of us and our dog, and had everything we needed for our stay. If we are ever in this area again we would definitely stay here, and would recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful stay on Norwich here - easy walk to Norwich City Centre and also closer bars and restaurants. The flat was full of character and very comfortable, easy to follow information pack. Well stocked for a home from home experience. We hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay, Mike made us feel so welcome and had thought of everything. A spacious property in a peaceful location, ideal for walks and even a trip to Blickling Hall over the weekend.

Really beautiful flat, great location for exploring nearby restaurants and bars. There can be a little noise from diners outside Pizza Express, but I found if you put on the fan in the bedroom it drowns it out. Great communication from host, arranged for someone to meet us with the key and show us in. Parking space is a bonus in this central location and is in a secure garage. Recommended property and host.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. A great find so close to the beach, coastal path and town. A lovely, homely flat with all you need, including bathrobes! Check-in easy with clear instructions and good communication with Ali. Had no issues with parking, managed to park outside the flat, however there was always space on roads nearby. Great transport links with buses and trains. Lots of great places to eat, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
