Was looking for a home base on a sister road trip to see my son in Texas from Washington State. Needed a homey and roomy space to cook family meals and enjoy the evenings outside. Everything we needed from laundry detergent, TP, Paper towel, coffee and tea……. Felt right at home. Thank you Katelyn for sharing your home.

Our stay at Sorry Charley Ranch was amazing! The owners were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience. We were able to enjoy many of their amenities that they had to offer. We fed their adorable goats, our kids played daily on the playground and in their common area, had amazing conversations around the bonfire at night, and used their outdoor kitchen to prepare food. Our tiny house was so cute! It was very clean and our kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds. Not to mention the very comfortable mattresses! It was such an amazing experience that by the end of our stay there, we felt more like family than as guests.

We loved staying at Jesse’s place for a visit to see my granddaughter. The house was exactly like the pictures and extremely clean. Jesse was super-responsive to any messages I sent and they even had snacks left for us in the fridge since we had a very late arrival our first night. I would absolutely book this house for our next visit!

A friend and I needed to do a quick get away and the stay was exactly what we needed! The property was close to both the river and san marcos which allowed us to easily go to wherever we wanted. The unit its self was well decorated as we found it super adorable! Highly suggest staying here!

This was a surprise trip for my fiancé. We both love being outside and this place provided! We loved that it’s a treehouse! Not like a lot of the over-glorified glamping ones. The one that you’ve always imagined growing up, but it had everything and more. We appreciated all the small details playfully placed everywhere. The outdoor shower and cowboy hottub were the highlight of our trip. Just be aware that you may hear some road noise in the distance, but you’ll get used to it. For those who may have gotten caught up in growing up in a fast-paced and demanding society that stole your identity, this is the perfect place that will help you rediscover and feed your inner child. Well it did for this retired Army combat medic. This WAS initially for my fiancé but I think we both were able to sink in and enjoy it together. The place has a natural way of doing that.
