Primrose Cottage Annexe is a newly converted detached property compromising of lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Offering complete privacy and separate entrance from the main property it is a great place to relax overlooking our garden which is full of wildlife. In the heart of Warsash the property is 5 minutes walk from Warsash Sailing club, Maritime Academy and 3 great pubs. Also a 10 minute drive to Whiteley Business Park, Shopping, NATS, making it a great base whilst away for work or leisure

Hamble River Beds

This luxury, self-catering accommodation is berthed at Cabin Boatyard, on the scenic River Hamble whether business or holiday it offers you a unique experience. For safety reasons, it is unsuitable for children under 5. Made from sustainable and recycled materials, it is fully insulated and has underfloor heating, so you can enjoy this river living experience all year round in complete comfort. Let us know if the booking is for a special occasion. Checkin times are between 4pam and 6 pm.

Stony beach and slipway for boats only metres from the property. Ideal for long walks watching the sunset and relaxing.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Adventure Prospect - Historic Waterfront Cottage

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.
