The Lair, Kangaroo Valley is situated on 14 acres of pristine bushland. Nestled high it enjoys 180 degrees views into the Valley below. Architecturally designed, by Alexander Michael, with a Scandi aesthetic. Featuring 6 metre high ceilings, polished concrete floors and birch ply walls, along with extensive use of glass that adds a wonderful sense of space and warmth, allowing the light to stream in from sunrise to sunset. The property nestles at the foot of the Cambewarra Mountain, 15 minutes away from picturesque Kangaroo Valley and fashionable Berry in the south coast of New South Wales. Savour the indoor spa bath, wood-burning stove, indoor swimming pool, tennis court and gourmet kitchen/rose gardens.

'Kameruka' Rainforest loft, stunning views

Kameruka, perfectly positioned on private property to take in rainforest and views to the south following the coastline past Jervis Bay. Purpose built in 2019 our generously proportioned loft studio with quality fixtures and fittings has been styled with couples in mind. Kameruka is located 10 minutes from Queen Street Berry, a 20 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach and just a 15 minute stunning country drive in the other direction to the town of Kangaroo Valley.

Our Tiny House is tucked into a secluded corner of our 80 acre property, adjacent to the rainforest. It has a stunning view of the escarpment and abundant wildlife around. It is totally off-grid. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
