We had a great stay at Alfonso’s place. It was a little bit cold for our liking but as soon as I messaged Alfonso, the temperature was adjusted. Great little one bedroom apartment, exactly as described in the pictures. Check-in and check-out was very smooth because they provided very detailed instructions. It is a basement so you hear people walking above you but everyone was very respectful of the quiet hours so it wasn’t disruptive at all. It’s about a 20-minute drive from the Laurier University so the area itself is very quiet and residential which was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again!

Spencer and Alicia where great hosts! the place looked great and we where able to feep right at home. if I had any questions, I would surely get an answer and fast. there was even this time that they answered me at 2 am when I had a huge problem! had a response from them in minutes. truly appreciated.

Mouhamed was extremely accommodating to me & my girlfriend during our stay! The place was clean & had basically everything you need for your stay! Little noisy from 7-9pm but other than that very quiet!

It was our second time staying here when we visit Kitchener. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to bars and restaurants and event locations. It's very comfortable with all the amenities we need. Gerry was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

We booked late and last minute after we were unable to access our original booking at a dfferent Airbnb because the other property owner failed to provide a keypad code and could not be reached. I was travelling long distance alone with my 5 year old daughter and just needed somewhere to go quickly for the night after a long travel day. Jazmy accepted our booking at 11pm. So grateful. The house was extremely clean, organized and welcoming. Exactly as the pictures and the description described. Lots of towels and linens and bedding available. Clean cozy rooms with clean bedding. Responsive host. Easy check in with code to get in. Great area in the backyard that is completely fenced in and was great for our dogs! Amazing stay all around.

my family and I had a great stay at Cody's place. it was everything we hoped for and then some. I would recommend everyone to stay here. if you leave a bad review here, you are the issue because Cody is one of the best hosts I've had the pleasure of encountering in my whole Airbnb experience. Had a great stay at Yuriy's place! We had an extended booking, and it was a great stay and location. He's an amazing host and was super responsive to issues that came up! Highly, highly recommend it!

Only thing is that the hosts response was very slow. But other than that we loved the house.

Terrific experience. So nice to have the place all to myself. Great backyard, securely fenced. Fabulous location, central but safe and quiet, easy access to everything, great grocery stores nearby. Loved the Nespresso machine - I'm a convert now. Sia was an exceptional host, and always quick to reply to any questions! Hope to be back.

Heinrich’s place was perfect for our stay in Guelph. We weren’t there for much of the time but it was quiet, tastefully decorated and quite charming. We decided to add another day onto our stay and luckily he was able to accommodate us. Communication was excellent and we appreciated the flexibility.

The house is large and beautiful. We especially liked having a second living area upstairs. We had 8 adults in our group and we were very comfortable. We will definitely consider this again in the future when we return to the area.

A modern and newly renovated 3 bedroom home with spacious bedrooms. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed for a week long stay. Nicely decorated and a location that is conveniently located to stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you for your hospitality.

This place was very convenient, clean, very well equipped with all you will need (cleaning supplies, shower necessities, all kitchen supplies etc). My only issue was that the pictures show two beds (the description says a double and a single). In fact, they are the same bed with different bedding. There is a love seat that turns into a bed. I had no issues sleeping on it, but if you are picky or tall you might not be able to enjoy it. I did request and additional bed (it was there when I arrived) but it was more like a camping folding cot with a very thin foam. We didn't use it, not comfortable. There are a lot of lock boxes at the building entrance, make sure you ask the host to inform you which is the correct one, so you don't spend a long time looking for the correct one. Additionally, the description also says there is premises parking and street parking. There is only street parking and at times it takes a while to find a spot. A great place and would stay again.

One of the best things about this place is the host—Jas is always available and incredibly helpful. Everything looked exactly as shown in the Airbnb photos. We stayed for two months, and aside from a couple of occasional service and maintenance needs, everything was smooth and comfortable. Thank you, Jas!

Faran is a lovely host. She is incredibly responsive. The condo was as described. We weren't able to enjoy the building amenities but they looked great. The location was convenient for two separate sporting facility venues we needed to travel to/from.

The place was furnished and decorated beautifully. The location is absolutely perfect, everything worth visiting is a short stroll away. John himself is a wonderful host and is generously accommodating! We will remember his hospitality and kindness for life!

We were in town for a wedding at Elora Mill. Stayed 2 nights. Location was very close and walkable. Lots of dining choices near by. Kitchen has good amenities for cooking meals too. Balcony deck nice to sit out on and watch the wildlife on the river. There are lots of stairs to get up to the deck and a steep staircase in the unit. Parking could be a problem but Jane gives lots of options of where you can park. Very clean, comfy and as described. Bathroom stocked with amenities. Beds are comfortable.
