This place is a gem! Anthony was a wonderful, friendly host. The property was clean, modern, and spacious. Remote enough to feel like you've escaped, but close enough to necessary amenities (like groceries), and just under and hour drive to Acadia National Park! Wouldn't hesitate to consider rebooking for a trip in the future!

Seven stars out of five! We have stayed in numerous places in Maine over the years, and given a lot of five star reviews. This one surpasses them all, hence the off the charts grade. It is incredibly well provisioned, spotless, spacious, inviting, and has an enormous porch with a view so lovely it looks fake. You can't even hear your neighbors, let alone see them. We heard loons, crows, and one very belligerent owl, but not once did we hear our neighbors. The only way you will know the tenant is home, is that a car will park opposite on the side of the house from you. The fire pit makes it easy and convenient to host a fire, even if it is only for 45 minutes or so. Kayaks are provided along with life jackets. At night you can see millions of stars. Place is so peaceful and comfortable, we almost didn't make it into the park haha. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful restored farm house with enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids for a family getaway! We were able to cook dinners with a very well equipped kitchen and enjoy the fire pit in the backyard with incredible sunsets. Our kids loved the hike to the river on the property and our family really enjoyed spending a day at the Coastal botanical gardens which was only a few minutes drive away from the house!

A group of us stayed at Camp Lamoine and were impreased with this property! It was close to Acadia National Park and other areas we decided to go. Spectacular yard and even had a place for a campfire! Comfortable inside and would stay again. Thanks!

I was looking for a small, waterfront place to stay with my dog to decompress and unplug. OakLeaf exceeded my expectations and was perfect. Sunrises and sunsets overlooking the river and sitting by a fire were spectacular and I stayed an extra night. Bill, his wife, and their dog Shadow were gracious hosts and knowledgeable about the area. I will be returning!

My cousin and I spent a week at holly's house. We made our day trips from there. All the sights were easily and quickly accessible by car from there. Whether in the north, south, east or west of Maine. We enjoyed spending our evenings in a fully equipped house. From check-in to check-out, everything was uncomplicated. We really enjoyed our time there.

My girlfriend and I came to celebrate our one year anniversary. It was everything we hoped for and more, the kitchen had everything we could dream of, the beds were comfortable, the surroundings were immaculate, not to mention the hot tub and easy access to the beach. Our host was responsive and willing to help with whatever we asked. All in all, it’s a beautiful location where Arian provided everything we could ask for to make the most of it. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Wow. What a great experience even with tons of snow. The hot tub was well worth it and the house and fire place were just right. Even my dogs got to enjoy spending time there. Thank you again!

Beautiful and cozy place and very responsive and accommodating host. Place is 30 mins drive from bar harbor and Acadia . The river down the house is an additional beauty in its own. The place had everything you need. The care the host took for arranging everything is really appreciated.

Delightful place to stay in Portlands West end. It is easy walking distance to everywhere…. downtown and even the East side. Great restaurants in the neighborhood from breakfast to dinner. The apartment was immaculate and was stocked with just about everything you’d need. The shared yard was charming and felt very private. We have family in the area and I hope we can stay there again and again. It was much more comfortable than a B & B. Lorie was very responsive to anything you might need.

Great apartment in a very walkable part of Portland, a perfect location for exploring the city. It was clean & spacious with a very comfortable bed and we appreciated the off-street parking. The owner Jeff and his wife are very friendly and served us a fantastic meal at their small brewpub downstairs. I normally wouldn’t choose a rental above a pub, but theirs closes at 9pm every night, so noise wasn’t an issue at all. Would highly recommended this unit for a stay in Portland.

The place was amazing, such a great find! The hosts laid out check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and offered an abundance of amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. They offered toiletries, tide pods, cooking spices, coffee, books- the list could really go on and on. It really felt like a home away from home! We loved staying at Heidi’s place! We were a little concerned about parking on the street (we had to bring two cars) and we were always able to find a space within a block or two (small blocks) so it worked out great. The place was cozy and comfortable. The bed was a little awkward getting in at first, but we quickly figured it out and it wasn’t problem. Great location and extremely walkable to fun shops and restaurants right on Mumjoy Hill or down along the bustling Washington Ave, an easy walk away. Heidi was responsive and friendly and used her “artists touch” to decorate a lovely place

I had an amazing stay! Rachael was a very responsive host, and was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. If I’m ever back in the area, I would certainly love to stay here again!

Lori’s place felt like a home away from home. The apartment was bigger than we expected with beautiful furnishings and built-ins. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked making it easy to cook meals with ingredients from Pat’s Meat Market a block away. Noble Pizza is also not to be missed.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. It was my son’s wedding and I loved being able to come back from the activities to rest and relax . It was very homey.

The cabin was beautiful and very clean. We had a regular wear and tear issue with one of the appliances but the issue was resolved quickly and the hosts went above and beyond to make the inconvenience right. Overall the stay was relaxing and well worth it. I would definitely return to this cabin.

This is a perfect quiet weekend getaway in the woods. The cabin is on the top of a mountain with a beautiful view, all amenities, very clean, meticulously designed and maintained. There’s a nice fireplace, grill, and many comfortable places to sit. This is our favorite AirBnb which is why we keep returning.

What a wonderful weekend away! We absolutely loved how cozy the cabin was. The local coffee was delicious, especially for our little walk on the trails to the river. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing time away in the woods. Super close to Sugarloaf and Saddleback mountains. We loved staying at the cabin! It was 2 adults and one infant, and we had plenty of space to setup a pack n play for the baby to sleep. It was very clean, even for such an old cabin. The heat worked good since it was still cold in April. Lisa came over to introduce herself and asked if we needed anything, super friendly. It’s perfect for a short stay with a small family/couple. Just remember to bring your own towels :) The front porch with the rocking chairs is awesome as well. We will stay here again the next time we are in the Skowhegan area!

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at this charming camp on Webb Lake, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The serene setting was perfect for enjoying the outdoors together. We spent our time fishing on the beautiful lake, where we caught a handful of fish. Kayaking was a highlight as well; the combination of being on the lake, mountain views and beautiful weather was simply magical. The camp itself was cozy and well-equipped, providing a wonderful weekend getaway. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway filled with outdoor fall activities, this is the place to be. We had a freaking BLAST at the Roxie tiny cabin. It is extremely admirable how much fun Sherri and Joel have managed to pack into a small space without making it feel cluttered or crowded at all. We loved using the two hammock chairs, cooking over the fire (so many great cooking tools here!) and slept great. Getting to paddleboard around the lake to see turtles and other wildlife was an added plus. I am now addicted to axe throwing as well :) great spot run by wonderful people
