It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Spacious house in a quiet street. Suited to a visiting family with open living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and clean. Spare linen. Fast internet, security system, keyless entry, chrome-cast, stereo, games, backyard. No carpet, hypoallergenic. If more that 6 people are staying up to a maximum of 10. We will include the granny flat for an addition fee. Please let me know if the this is required beforehand as we need to have it included in the cleaning process for the booking.

The bathroom is separate from the room as can be seen in photo 5. Located outside Camden with a 15 min walk into the town, 50 minutes from Sydney and 10 mins from the Hume Highway. The proximity to Camden makes it very convenient. (1.2 km) You can walk back from a night out.

Enjoy the walking tracks throughout the estate ,and if you are up early enough to take a walk through the forest tracks you may spot some kangaroo’s and deer. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
