Cozy Villa with Great Outdoor Garden Near the Town

This Cozy villa is only 5 minutes walking distance to the center Dalyan where all the bars and restaurants. Villa has very large private garden with salty system private pool. For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.

Die zweistöckige Villa ist eine von zwei Doppelhaushälften, mit einem Balkon und einer riesigen Terrasse im ersten Stock, sowie einer Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Es sind ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder vorhanden. Ein brandneuer Pool wurde dieses Jahr gebaut und steht Euch jetzt zur Verfügung. Villa Manzara Rudy is in 2023 gerenoveerd en heeft een serre en een extra groot terras. De serre bevat schuifdeuren waardoor het met mindere weersomstandigheden nog goed vertoeven is. Op het terras staan twee grote lounge banken aan het zwembad. Deze renovatie heeft onze villa in verblijfsgemak vergroot.
