Studio unit in ocean front time-share resort with beach access and pool. Studio is ideal for two people, but will sleep up to four people with a pull down, double murphy bed & full size sleep sofa (note, that the primary bed is the full size, pull-down murphy bed, see pictures ). This unit is a Timeshare week (July 18-25) located in the heart of Cape Cod at Riverview Resort. This unit usually rents for over $2000+fees for the week, but I am offering it for $1500+fees for the week this year as I will not be able to use it myself. This Yarmouth location is central to Cape Cod with beach and recreation very close by. The unit is on the second floor and you have all amenities available to you.
