The home is part of a working sheep farm conveniently located between New Bern and Kinston, NC which are both 15-20 minutes away.

There is a shared bathroom and access to the kitchen and living area. The bus stop to Duke and UNC is nearby. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and shops close. There is a lovely nature walk behind the house and much wildlife with lots of birds in the yard and area. No smoking on the property.
