Federico's cottage is conveniently located just a short walk to the beach and had all of the amenities we needed to relax and enjoy the trip. Fredrickson’s Corner is newly renovated (2023) and oozes old school captiva cottage charm! Home is steps to Captiva’s world famous beaches and Village and features 3 bedrooms / 2 baths. Our beach house is tastefully decorated with modern finishes and touches. With vaulted ceilings and numerous windows the sun shines bright.
