the property was really nice, the room is clean, a lot of amenities provided, snacks, board game, breakfast! overall the time we spend there was wonderful! the bedding was comfortable, there's warmer matt as well. the only downside is the sound of bell I think it's from the clock at every hours, it quite disturbing our rest at night.

Perfect stay for me and my dog. Lovely place, very clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Rose was fantastic to deal with and a great host. Will definitely stay here again.

Cannot recommend highly enough- the tent is so luxurious and comfortable in a beautiful setting, the fire place and pit and the outside bath make it a perfect winter getaway, and Toby and Helen were such lovely hosts! Kookawood is pure magic. From the moment we arrived, Fiona made us feel right at home with thoughtful touches - clear, helpful directions and generous treats for us and our pup. The house itself is breathtaking. Every corner is lovingly curated with vintage charm, antiques, and beautiful family memories. Learning the story behind how this dream home was built only added to the experience what a powerful testament to creativity and perseverance. We’re so grateful to have stayed here. Incredible home with a gorgeous view. Close to town as well and a cafe just up the road. Had everything we could have needed for a very peaceful weekend.

We loved our stay at Mulberry Cottage. Nat, Rob and their family are the most welcoming, warm hosts. The cottage is cosy, clean and beautifully decorated. The property is peaceful and private. Our dog loved sitting outside each morning, sniffing the breeze and all the cattle, goat, kangaroo and sheep scents that came her way 😄 It's the perfect place to spend a few days (or more) in clean, country air with a perfect night sky. We would absolutely stay again.

Emily was thoughtful and accommodating host, place was nice and clean, great mattresses and bed linen was fresh and cozy. kitchen was clean and all the dishes was good withouth greasy feel to it. House had spectacular view. Only one thing for me, I wish property had trees that change colour in autumn as it would definitely add charm to it, may be in future 😊

Ideal for us as we had separate bedrooms with ensuites but combined lounge dining areas where could mingle. Accommodation was well maintained, very bad storms during our stay meant the surrounding grounds were damaged with sun shades blown off and gardens wind swept, but that was the result of mother nature not Angela.

We had a lovely stay! The house is spacious but cosy, the kitchen was well equiped, there were plenty of heating options and we loved having the gas fire place and under floor heating in the bathroom. Thank you!
