Estadía perfecta. Apartamento amplio y súper limpio cerca de todo lo que necesitas. La comunicación muy clara desde el principio y cuando te entregan el apartamento la señora de allí es hermosa siempre pendiente de lo que necesitas y que se sientan cómodos. Camas cómodas y limpias, amenities en los baños y agua potable para nuestra estadía. Si rentan un carro lo pueden dejar en el parking y los vigilantes también son muy amables. 100% recomendado

Excellent stay. Premises and surroundings are exactly as described. Apartment is well furnished with the comforts of home and the property manager (office two minutes away) responds immediately. I've paid twice as much for a fraction of the amenities. They even provide beach towels! Exceptional value for the money and perfect for long stays. The host provides an awesome detailed info package about the apartment, town and activities. Uber safe building with a system of locking doors and gates. I was able to keep A/C costs low by opening up the windows and doors every morning to take advantage of the constant breezes. Location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, including hiking trails and access to all points north, south and east. Food is inexpensive with an abundance of street food vendors. The town has something for everyone and at this time of year is busy as Easter is next week. SJDS undergoes a total transformation that is interesting to see.

Beautiful condo, with an amazing view! I loved sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee while enjoying the view. The condo had everything we needed.

A estadia foi muito boa. O apartamento era exatamente igual nas fotos. Tivemos um self check-in e self check-out muito fáceis. O apartamento possuía cozinha completa (exceto microondas), o banheiro era amplo, a cama era boa, a vista maravilhosa. O ar condicionado funcionava super bem. Tinha estacionamento público ao lado, então sempre há lugar para parar o carro. Hospedagem excelente, recomendo!

You can just stop searching for the best place in Grenada to stay right now, because you've found it! The location, view from the balcony, and access to amenities couldn't have been better. From morning lattes at the Port Louis Marina to evening swims at Mount Pandy Beach (450m away) before picking up dinner at Patrick's restaurant, our vacation wouldn't have been nearly as special (or delicious) if we had stayed anywhere but here. After exploring all day we were so grateful not to have to walk up any more hills to get home! On top of it all, Rasha could not have been a kinder more thoughtful host! We immediately felt welcomed. I've already recommended RSR to friends.

Excelente lugar , a 12 minutos ride to the ferry , 10 minutes to las croabas. Quiet place to rest . Washer and dryer for convenience of people traveling. I enjoy the place .

Very spacious condo, beautiful well equipped kitchen, my kids loved the bath tub. Host was very responsive and friendly with local recommendations. It rained most of our stay, so I was very grateful the condo was nice.

Alejandra and her assistant Carmen were wonderful people. The Apartment we were in was well taken care of. We especially liked that they were nearby and we always felt safe, cared for and looked after. My Fiancé and I liked trying out restaurants and we love to cook. Because we were there for 2 weeks we were able to make good use of the kitchen which was very nicely stocked with cookware, plates, a good sized fridge with freezer, and a stove with an oven. We loved going to the markets to select fresh products to make delicious gourmet meals. We enjoyed the balcony for reading, playing dominos or just watching the world from this spot as the views were great. There was always plenty of hot water for showers. As noted, the location is very convenient to everything in Centro. The adage about treating a person's property (and Isla Mujeres in general) like we were guests and to give the owner respect really worked out to our having an exceptionally fun and enjoyable time. As beautiful and peaceful as we were hoping! Such a great setting, very easy to find and super central to both Maya Beach and just a 20-min drive to Placencia. Publics grocery is 8-min drive south, and loads of close restaurants. We used the kayaks and even fished in them across the lagoon. Star gazed at night from the dock, and cooked in the fully equipped and stocked kitchen. Herbert provided absolutely anything you could ever need and then some. Seriously, not just sun block and bug spray, but like 3 kinds. Numerous different towels and beach towels, umbrellas, spices and oils/marinades in the kitchen, not only kayaks and bikes, but a fishing pole and net, multiple sizes life jacket, super strong WiFi, you name it. Great bathroom with big tub and strong water pressure. Sitting on the deck listening to the lagoon was mesmerizing. Obviously a lot of planning went into the thoughtful details and we absolutely loved our stay. Thank you Herbert!

Great accommodation! We really enjoyed our stay at the Coconut House. The house was comfortable and the view was amazing!

The view of the ocean was amazing. From previous post I knew the location was hard to find but she had detailed instructions on how to get there and to find the parking. Enjoyed finding hermit crabs and sand crabs. Even though the neighbors were so close they were all respectful and friendly. Would stay again.

The house was very comfortable and views were amazing. We loved having our own oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The location is not near the main village so would recommend having your own transportation. The kitchen had everything you'd need so we didn't have to purchase a bunch of additional items like spices. Bed was comfortable and the overall living space was great.

Margarita’s house exceeded our expectations!! We arranged a family reunion with our elderly parents and the stay was beyond perfect! The place is centrally located and very clean and well supplied. We had a lovely time and can’t wait to go back! Thanks so much for being so accommodating, Margarita. Ah! And for the flawless communication!

This was our second time staying at this absolute gem right on the ocean—and it won’t be our last! If you love being close to nature, expect to be exposed to the elements in the best way possible. We especially enjoyed the direct access to the water and made great use of the provided kayaks. Communication with the hosts was seamless, and check-in/out was a breeze. The kitchen is impressively well stocked with quality pans, dishware, spices, and even some basics in the fridge. Truly a special place!

She was always one step ahead. Responsiva all the time even after 8-9 pm. Very friendly. The place Is Special, very private and exceptionally located!! I’ll definitely make another memorable weekend in this place!!

The house and grounds are beautiful and we couldn’t ask for a more picturesque stay. Christine was a fantastic host and more than accommodating. 10/10

Marina’s place was really nice. Great location located on the water. Great upside was free and safe security parking. We loved the jacuzzi the views and a comfortable bed! Downside were the traffic noise since the private balcony is situated straight across the main road of the city center and the outdoor airco units right below the balcony. The apartment is nicely equipped with a washer, dryer, oven, table sized fridge, very comfortable bed (!) and spacious enough for a stay for 2 people! When we were needing anything extra or had any questions, Marina was quick to respond and very helpful! Love to stay here again for a few days in the future!

This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

Our stay at Darryl & Deb's couldn't have been better. From the minute we booked our trip, they were in communication and provided answers for anything we inquired about. On the day of our arrival, we found everything to be as described and never had a complaint for the 10 days we stayed. The location of their condo is prime, with the patio being just steps to the water. It is also close - but not too close - to the bar and several options for eating, as well as the area where live music or a DJ is provided on weekends. We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing 10 days and really can't think of anything that we would improve upon. Thank you Darryl and Deb for your hospitality. We will be back!

We loved our stay! Location was great, accommodations were wonderful! Edwin and Julia were fantastic, attentive, and accommodating hosts! We loved our time in Puerto Rico and can’t wait to visit again.

Open the windows and listen to the waves crash all night long. Sit on the balcony for sunrise coffee. Carry the provided beach chairs and cooler, and take a short walk to two different beaches. Para-sailing, jet skis and windsurfing or surfing lessons available. Cook meals in if you so choose. Uber to Old Town, Condado for snorkeling with sea turtles, or to the El Yunque rainforest.

I would highly recommend this condo for the beautiful scenery! It was clean, spacious, and had everything you needed! Close to attractions, activities and restaurants. Also the area has security.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement d’Ery. La vue depuis le balcon était à couper le souffle.
