We LOVED staying at this Airbnb and had a fantastic time! Maribel is a wonderful host!! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds!! Beach chairs, beach towels, volleyballs etc. all for us to use. The beach is right out the back door and the view from the unit's second floor balcony is dreamy-ocean, palm trees, beach all SO close!! We loved sitting and drinking coffee and watching the waves and people and dogs! The building only has 2 units per floor and we never saw anyone! Very quiet building. Very safe, family friendly area. The beach is amazing!! So clean!! Beautiful trees for shade, family friendly and a dog lover's paradise!! Several sand vb nets and many people played vb or pickle ball-so fun to watch! Lively, very walkable area- we walked everywhere- for groceries, breakfast, dinner, so much only a few blocks in every direction. Took Uber to OSJ several times - easy! We highly recommend Maribel's Airbnb - u won't be disappointed! We would love to visit again soon!

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

We had a wonderful stay! Milly was the perfect host- extremely responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and coolers, which made our beach days so easy. The ocean views from the condo were absolutely beautiful, and waking up to the breeze each morning was a highlight. The apartment lobby is pretty basic, but once inside the unit, it feels welcoming and comfortable! The location is perfect- just a short drive to San Juan and super close to the airport, with plenty of great food options within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Jaime was a wonderful host, the place was very clean and well taken care of. The balcony had a very nice view of the beach and was well worth the price I paid! I just wish I could have spent more time there!

The house surprisingly was quite stocked, more than I expect to see at any other airbnbs. I didn’t need to pick anything other than food at Walmart for the few evenings we cooked at home. There were quite a bit of these tiny ants so we couldn’t leave anything out. Otherwise it was a great stay, and loved that it was so close to the beach.

The stay here was fantastic. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable for my wife, son, parents and I. I would it hesitate to come back. Beach very close and also very walkable to a lot of bars and restaurants. Casinos etc and downtown only a mile or so away. Awesome stay. Thanks!!

Great stay! The hosts were so kind and gave great suggestions in a printed book to read with instructions and guidance of the area. Location was perfect, right on the beach for beautiful sunrises. The apartment was clean and had lovely decor. Outside space perfect for our stay.

Perfect gated community with pool and access to beach. Apartment was just as pictured. 10 minutes a to luquillo beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Wow, I think I only have positive things to say about Frank and Caroline's space that we used for the week. First of all, the directions on how to check in and find the condo were very detailed. I appreciate all the recommendations on where to eat and things to check out after landing at the airport. This is the first time my family has been to Puerto Rico and it did not disappoint. Frank is very responsive and a communication is top-notch. the views that we had from the condo left us speechless. Everything that you would expect to find in the space was there such as a coffee maker, basket of sunscreen and bug spray, games, cool looking ice cubes and already made ice and filtered pitchers of water. The beds were very comfortable for all of us. I love how we were walking distance to the beach and the food truck area that had a lot to choose from. it's nice that this condo is very close to a lot of other beaches, shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. Hope to return again!

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from the ocean. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee with a sea breeze was everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape!

Great location. Close to restaurants and close to the airport. If you rent a car you have a spot secured would have liked to have 2 spots since we were a party of 8, but it’s doable. Penthouse is just as described very spacious and good layout.The building or the premises are not great. Felt very safe. Overall a nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our week. The check in was easy and the condo was as described. The convenience of the beach directly across the street and the shared pool out the backyard was great, particularly for families traveling with kids. The exterior of the condo complex and grounds look a little tired in places, but it is all clean and useable. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The interior of the apartment was clean, beds comfortable, AC in every room, and Omar was communicative and helpful. For instance, the beach umbrella was broken (one of the spokes broken likely just by wind at beach) and Omar quickly went out to replace it and gave us two new ones. There are lots of restaurants, including the kioskos, nearby. We also explored El Yunque, did a snorkeling boat tour, and spent a lot of time in the beach. Having two showers available was great for a family of 6 after days at beach and pool. Highly recommend!

We traveled here with 7 adults, (5 adult children who had never been to PR before). The space was clean and spacious with plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy in the sun or the shade, alone or with others. It was convenient to access to the beach, the outdoor showers, groceries, fun spots, beaches, local shops, unique restaurants, basically anything you might want for amusement. We could not have asked for a better host. He gave lots of great suggestions for places to visit. He gave clear directions for accessing everything, and checked in on us when the power went out (the grill area was so handy for that). We loved the sunrises, sunsets, and all the time in between. You won’t have any regrets if you choose to stay here.

Well-appointed, spacious 2 BR 2 BA condo in a high rise with direct access to the beach. Early check-in options available. Comfy beds, silence at night except for the lovely sound of crashing waves. Strong A/C and Wifi. Stunning views of the beach (there is no balcony). Walkable neighborhood, not too busy. Great swimming pool, open late. Small game room with tennis table and pool. Decent gym. A plumbing issue in the bathroom caused a mess and a 3-hour delay. This should have been caught beforehand. The host addressed the issue right away. Our cleaning lady was fantastic BTW. The beach area by the condo is beautiful but not good for wading; the seabed is mainly rocks, some sharp. For wading, you need to walk 5 minutes to the Parque Del Indio area. We lost power during 22 hours during an island-wide outage. Being on the 19th floor, it was quite stressful. Our host graciously sent a 1/2 day refund for our inconvenience. Kudos to our host, always responsive and informative.

What is not great about being on the ocean! The view, the beach, the city all from your roof top vantage point. This is just what it says. Description is spot on. I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful location. Would highly recommend and wish to return! Thank you for sharing this peice of paradise with us!

We stayed at Kat’s lovely place for 2 nights. It was exactly as depicted. The view was unbeatable. Very walkable and peaceful neighborhood in vicinity to the beach and lots of good restaurants. We especially appreciate Kat’s rich recommendations to local foods and to-dos.

From the unit there is quick and easy access to the beach! Host provided two beach chairs and towels. The unit itself comfortably fits two people and was extremely clean which we really appreciated. The building felt safe and secure as well. A/C kept the unit cool. Kitchen and bathroom were small but modern and updated. The bed was comfortable and so was the futon. We enjoyed breakfast at the resort next door as well as an evening cocktail at the outdoor bar. We highly recommend bringing earplugs (or listening to music with noise canceling headphones) to reduce engine noise from departing aircraft at nearby SJU. Aircraft noise at this property is disclosed in the description. It's a quick drive to the airport! Hosts were very communicative during a power outage.

Wow! This place was awesome! Mary was great, with fantastic communication the whole way, with a very easy check-in and even a welcome gift. The apartment is comfortable and the scenery is beautiful! Easy to get to, right on the beach, the breeze across the terrace made that our favorite place to be when we weren't on the water. Such a great location, and Mary's local recommendations were fantastic. It's nice to be outside the bustle of San Juan, and being steps from the water made for a perfect vacation. Highly recommended!

The view from the balcony when the sun hits the palm trees is worth every dollar you pay for this place. I prefer more privacy than a condo typically offers, but this one is different. The green space in front of the balcony is private, with a retaining wall that creates a sense of open space. Having that combined with the gated entrances to the parking lot/beach is very nice. The beach in front is fairly private compared to nearby Azul/Loquillo. We didn't have to walk too far to the left to have the beach to our own under seagrapes/palms. Truly a beautiful spot on Earth. For those debating rental cars, Ubers were readily available. The Loquillo beach kiosks are walkable for all ur meals and down by Playa Azul, the convenience store nearby is awesome (across street from Panderri, which had phenomenal food).

My husband and adult sons and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect and the patio with bbq grill that backed up to the forest was absolutely lovely. All of the needed beach gear was included including water shoes which was awesome because we forgot one pair and so everyone was able to walk in the water comfortably. The beach is spectacular and only steps away and even though we were there for the island wide power outage we felt safe and had plenty to do. Would definitely stay here again

Comfortable and accommodating stay with easy beach access, and you can walk down to the beach to get to town easily! We would absolutely come back again. Very comfortable stay for two couples, and it seems like it would be quite comfortable for six people as well.

We had a wonderful time at this peaceful home away from home. So convenient to walk to the beach, and they provided boogie boards, beach chairs, games and mroe. I loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings, as well. This served as a perfect home base for us with easy proximity to San Juan, hiking at El Yunque, visiting the Luquillo Kiosks and more. We utilized the kitchen, laundry, and had comfy beds and plenty of hot water for showers!
