I can’t say enough about our stay and how incredible Noemi was as a host! Her property exceeded our expectations and was stunning. We will for sure be back. I would recommend Neomi’s place to everyone. The house was very clean, the air conditioners worked perfectly, the pool and property was so peaceful and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Noemi provided excellent recommendations for places to eat, places to shop, and fun things to do and see on the island. If I could rate Noemi’s property a 6, I totally would 😎 book it! You won’t regret it!

This was our 2nd stay, but the 1st with a group of 6 so we rented the full property. It should be noted that if you sleep in the back room in the 1st apartment, you will have to share access through your room to the pool. The house is about an 8 min drive to the airport and has enough parking for 2 vehicles in front of her property. Walmart is a 15 min drive and Old San Juan and La Placita (great for bar hopping) are all about 20 min drive away. The beaches and restaurants are pretty much EVERYWHERE so, just do a bit a research, pick your faves and head out! Ana's ability to accommodate us thus far has been ABOVE AND BEYOND. Anything we've needed she was able to get for us and then some. It happened to be a birthday trip and she was kind enough to gift us some pastries from her favorite local bakery with a sweet handwritten message. The little touches like THAT which will keep us coming back. She's like family to us! Thank you a million times, Ana!

Great place to stay. Enough rooms for a family of 6, spacious and the area was really quiet. Has parking space inside the property which is a plus.

Rafi's place was great. The backyard was beautiful and well maintained. House was spotless and plenty of towels for the 6 of us. The house is basically in the middle of the island so if you want to explore it all it's a great starting point. There was an island wide power outage when we landed that lasted almost 2 days but we didn't notice because of the heavy duty generator. Amazing restaurants and bars near by. Would definitely recommend this place. would book again for sure.

Watching the sunrise and sunset from Roxana's stunning back deck is now a core memory—truly a breathtaking experience that lets you see Caguas in a whole new light. The home layout is both functional and full of character, making it effortless to settle in whether you're staying for a few days or longer. Between the natural light, powerful AC, Tesla Powerwalls for uninterrupted comfort, and Roxana’s responsiveness, everything was smooth and relaxing. If you're staying in Caguas, this jungle oasis will have you feeling grateful you chose it.

This house was a great break from San Juan! We enjoyed taking lots of pictures of endemic birds as there were quite a few lifers for us and even an iguana hanging out in the trees. Host was extremely responsive and stopped by to help us when we needed it. She even sent us pictures of the bathrooms ahead of time so we could determine what kind of mobility equipment to bring. Our kids loved playing in the pool. One end is deep but there were plenty of pool noodles and even a small life jacket. Lots of beach toys to build sand castles, snorkels and fins, chairs, and umbrellas. Beds were comfy and there are AC units in each of the bedrooms. Please note that there isn't hot water but there are heating elements above each of the showers to help make the water warm. House is really breezy when you open all the windows and we loved the coquis at night. If we are ever in Puerto Rico, we will definitely consider staying here again! My husband and I had the pleasure to stay in this beautiful studio apartment. Chana was nothing less than amazing and has such a beautiful property. We had to extend our stay and unfortunately had to leave but she quickly accommodated us in another one of her properties and it was just a great experience overall. This space had the BEST views of Isla Verde, perfect access, private and just peaceful. I will always look into one of her properties when I come back to visit. Thank you Chana!

Hosts are very helpful and responsive, easy check in, comfortable space, very peaceful, quiet and relaxing location to stay by yourself or with partner. I highly recommend staying here and would stay again in the near future.

This property is so beautiful and has so many outdoor activities to do with kids and families. House was spotless. Jesus was a perfect host and very attentive. He also recommended wonderful restaurants and outdoors activities. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you Jesus for a wonderful time.

Perfect location for everything and check in/out was so easy! Loved the apartment and the atmosphere, I really felt at home! My questions were answered pretty quickly and I would definitely recommend this stay for first timers in Puerto Rico, it was perfect!

Saul's place was perfect. The rooftop was AMAZING!! And everything was very close. Easy to walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The place was exactly as described. We had 6 people there and it was great. Saul was very communicative and helpful. I would not hesitate booking this place again.

My family and I had the pleasure to stay at Nestor’s Airbnb and we have a 3 year old and and 1 year old, we inquired about a pack and play to Nestor and he responded quickly and was able to provide a new pack and play for our stay, this made our stay so stress free because out 1 year old only sleeps in a crib so we were grateful for the accommodation. The place was very clean and had all we needed as a family of four! It was our home away from home! We felt very safe and the area was beautiful and the perfect location.
