Absolutely stunning location! The view and surroundings are so beautiful! The house is simple but we had no problems with hot water and electricity. Communication with Marcos was easy and he gave us local contacts because he was not around. We didn't need them, but it was good to know. Thank you for sharing the place!

El apartamento de Eli es perfecto para ir o en familia o en pareja. Está situado en una zona maravillosa con vistas a la montaña. Desayunarás viendo a las vacas desde el balcón. Además, la comunidad tiene espacio con piscina, que no pudimos disfrutar por no ser la época. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Tiene horno, cafetera por émbolo, microondas, vitrocerámica, lavadora, frigorífico, agua caliente. En fin, recomendadísimo. Volveremos.

Wielkanoc 2025 Mieliśmy bardzo miły tydzień. Zakwaterowanie bez problemów, szczegółowe instrukcje przekazywane na bieżąco. 6 dorosłych i 4 dzieci. Dom znajduje się bardzo blisko plaży. W czasie naszego pobytu (kwiecień) były czynne: 1 restauracja w pobliżu i 1 restauracja na plaży -bardzo dobre jedzenie. Nie narzekaliśmy, trochę jeździliśmy. W pobliżu 2 porty z mnóstwem restauracji, kawiarni. Dom jest ładny, części wspólne są bardzo przestronne, dobrze urządzone pokoje. Bardzo dobre wyposażenie kuchni (pralka, lodówka, zmywarka, odkurzacz, expres do kawy, piekarnik itp.), basen i padel był w zasadzie tylko do naszej dyspozycji. Super widok na plażę z tarasu i balkonu. Miejsca postojowe na posesji -mieliśmy 2 samochody. Kontakt z Jacques był bardzo dobry, pozostawia gościom swobodę, reaguje na uwagi/sugestie. Trzeba poprawić ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem - kąpiel w kolejności do ogarnięcia. Polecam willę dla dużych rodzin (2+2, 2+2, 2).

¡Recomiendo totalmente este apartamento! La ubicación es maravillosa, el apartamento muy bonito y todo estaba impecable. Las vistas al mar son preciosas, y Alfonso fue muy atento, siempre disponible y flexible.

This house was ideal for us, we had 2 dogs who needed a secure garden and a swimming pool with roman end. It was 3 minutes walk to a wonderful, dog-friendly beach. The house is bright and spacious. Has marvellous view of the rock of Gibraltar. Host Eugenio was incredibly helpful with any question we asked. The cleaner was excellent, it was a delight every time she came. It is a short walk/cycle to the shops and restaurants in Torreguadiaro, which has a local vibe. It was a similar distance in the other direction to the Sotogrande Marina with some lovely restaurants, nice Sunday market and a more up-market vibe.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man hat alles, was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr kommunikativ und hat schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist Strand-und zentrumsnah, dass man alle Wege zu Fuß erledigen kann. Wir waren zu fünft (2E, 3K) in der Unterkunft und hatten genug Platz. Ein großer Parkplatz (frei) ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt- der Weg dorthin führt am Strand lang. Einen Supermarkt gibt es auch in der Nähe, welcher fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Kommen gern wieder.

Very nice apartment! It has great natural light & lots of windows plus a small terrace to take full advantage of the views of Gibraltar & the bay. You can even see Morocco from the apartment! Comfortable furniture, nice linens & towels. Elevator. We can recommend a super beach restaurant called La Luna.

Géo is an amazing host! He was always making sure we had everything we needed. The flat itself was so relaxing and beautiful with amazing view. +++++

Wir können die Wohnung auf alle Fälle empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit David war super; immer schnelle & hilfreiche Infos. Sehr gute & detaillierte Check-in Infos. Die Wohnung war einfach aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Das Badezimmer schien gerade erst komplett neu renoviert zu sein. Die überdachte Terrasse erlaubte es auch bei Regen draußen zu sitzen. Die Lage ist toll; wirklich nur 50m zum Strand, direkter Zugang. Sehr schön, um morgens den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer zu genießen. Rustikale Strandbar mit einfachem, aber guten Essen direkt am Strand. Schöner Wander-/Radweg direkt an der Küste entlang (12+ km). Sonst hat die direkte Umgebung wenig zu bieten. Eigener Pkw sehr empfehlenswert. Der zur Wohnung gehörende private Parkplatz ist sehr hilfreich, da der öffentliche Parkplatz direkt an der Nationalstraße/Autobahn liegt. Kleiner Nachteil: der Weg vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung ist recht lang, was mit Gepäck und größeren Einkaufen etwas mühsam sein kann.

Very nice host, very responsive and helpful. The place is better than it looks in the pictures. Instructions were very good and the place was perfectly prepared to host guests. Thank you Jose Luis for a wonderful stay!

Aurora’s place is just beautiful. The view was absolutely stunning and so peaceful - a true slice of heaven. She was also so accommodating when we were leaving as had a very late flight so let us stay a little longer which we really appreciated. Thank you!

Rewelacja! Miejsce z dala od zgiełku ale blisko wszystkiego co jest potrzebne na wakacjach to właśnie to jest największa zaleta tego miejsca. Apartament wyposażony lepiej niż prywatny dom (łącznie z pojemnikami na żywość). Naprawdę warto!

Appartement was erg netjes en goed onderhouden. Alles was schoon en aanwezig. De instructies om binnen te komen waren makkelijk en je hebt een parkeerplaats onder het gebouw. De communicatie tussen de hoste was top. Erg snelle reacties en als er iets nodig was werd het gelijk geregeld. Op het terras staat een jacuzzi die we gebruikt hadden. Deze stond klaar toen we aankwamen. Voor kitesurfspullen heb je de mogelijkheid deze uit te spoelen en te laten drogen op het balkon. Zou er zeker nog een keer naar terug gaan.

We have just returned from staying at the villa for 8 nights and we had an amazing time. The villa is beautiful with the most spectacular views of the ocean. We had a nice private pool and there are other sharing pools in the complex. The villa has all the amenities you need and is very well looked after. There are 2 great restaurants only a few minutes’ walk away, and the local town takes 25 mins to walk. Claudia was a great host, and I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Tarifa is a beautiful small seaside town with lots of charm. Andrea is a great host and the location of the apartment is perfect. If you have a car the parking is a super plus. Highly recommend

Estancia muy agradable. El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Estuvimos una semana. Con todas las facilidades que nos ofreció Yolinda, muy cómodo, con su plaza de garaje incluida. We couldn't have wished for a better house or more helpful hosts. The property was perfect for our golf trip close to some wonderful golf courses. However I would recommend this property and the area for any type of holiday. Thank you

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Sotogrande is a lovely area of Spain with an international community and a fun night life. There is also lots to do in the surrounding area. We went to Tarifa, Gibraltar and Granada, to name a few. Luis was a gracious host; always quick to respond and ready to help. We loved his big black book with helpful tips, instructions and recommendations. Would surely stay there again! Thanks, Luis!

I had a wonderful stay at Najia's home! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect – close to the beach (in front) and restaurants... which made it easy to explore Belyounech and places around. Najia was very responsive and accommodating, providing great local tips and making check-in and check-out a breeze. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, odpowiadał szybko i w razie potrzeby sprawnie pomagał. Lokalizacja na przeciwko plaży, na której widzieliśmy napiękniejsze wschody słońca, świetna kawiarnia z pyszną kawą zaraz przy wejściu do budynku. Dobre miejsce na związane Andaluzji.
