Recent renovations to a large portion of the home including updated bathrooms, new paint, and flooring. Plenty of room to relax both inside and out with a sun porch, deck, and patio. You will love the sunrises and sunsets at "The Landing”. No pets allowed!

This private, detached retro-inspired studio has all the good vibes & everything you need for your next beach vacation. 1 queen size bed, 1 full-size futon, & 1 bathroom to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. Conveniently located just 3 miles from the Emerald Isle beach bridge & less than 2 miles from historic downtown Swansboro. Many restaurants, breweries, shops, a farmer's market, family-friendly attractions, & grocery stores all within a 5 mile radius.

The open floor plan, yard, decks, patio and pool are great for lots of family fun. The pool is heated at no extra charge March-May and September and October! Outdoor shower and parking for 4 cars. All Linens included. Centrally located to shopping, food and nightlife. Come spend some time enjoying the beautiful crystal coast.

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.
