Just a 15 minute scenic drive from Maleny you will find peace and tranquility staying in the self contained garden studio here in our pretty forest setting. You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome. NO failed gentle parenting products. No aggressive and destructive kids. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. There is a fenced yard.

Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Our cabin is nicely positioned to allow access to many scenic day trips taking in places such as Maleny, Montville, several National Parks & The Glasshouse Mountains. We have put together some suggested itineraries to help you make the most of your time with us and includes trips to waterfalls, short and long bush walks and restaurants. Or of course you are welcome to cook your own pizzas in our pizza oven under the stars or light a campfire.
