This home was new to the rental market Summer 2024. NEW beds, linens, and AC, with a well-appointed kitchen and updated furnishings. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Airy open floorplan for conversation upstairs, TV room downstairs. Enjoy our family home in the Suissevale community, just a short distance to the incredible Lake Winnipesaukee, with access to a private boat launch, beach, playground, tennis/ basketball courts, BBQ/picnic tables, and endless options to create memories!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

This backyard walk out has a fireplace, private covered patio area as well as use of the grill, fire pit, canoe and kayaks. Off street parking is available.
