This is a lovely flat right in the middle of town. The kitchen/living area is fabulous for couples, with a huge island and comfy sofa. Caelia was super helpful, before and during our stay. Highly recommend this peaceful bolt hole!

Place exactly as described. Close to transport links if you don’t have a car, easy bus journeys to a number of local beaches. Most beautiful garden at the house, great veranda to spend time enjoying the outside. I would defo stay again if I wanted to be at the southern end of the central coast. I didn’t try the local restaurants in East Gosford but they all looked busy on a weekend which is a good sign. Good local coffee shops too.

We enjoyed staying at this place, it’s private and quiet and spacious. We didn’t end up walking to the beach because of our 2 toddlers refused to walk by themselves, and it’s a bit hilly to push the pram. But in 5 mins drive we can get to different beaches and restaurants. Janelle is such a good host, always response very quick, all the instructions are clear and simple. We will come back in the future.

Really lovely studio style space. It was near torrential rain the whole stay, which was lovely with all the trees! Such a colourful and peaceful space.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was super clean and incredibly peaceful. One of the highlights was waking up and relaxing in the evening with the calming sounds of ducks and birds just outside. Such a lovely, tranquil spot. Highly recommend!

Perfect hub for a mid week getaway to nature and the coast. Loved its proximity to the National Parks, hiking paths and coast line. Drivable to favourite coast lines such as Avoca, Pretty Beach, Umina, Copacabana and Ettalong. Clean and safe space that allowed the relaxation of the day to sweep into the nights. Loved this space and its proximity to cafes and entertainment. Totally recommend.

What a lovely place! I couldn't recommend this stay more. It was such a relaxing weekend, and we will definitely be back. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond, the house was beautifully styled and cozy.

We had a great stay in Peter's 'shack'! It is bright, spacious and comfortable. Despite hot weather, it receives a lovely cool breeze, keeping the temperature down. Kitchen & bathroom were well stocked & it was peaceful and relaxing to sit out on the deck. Peter was responsive and accommodating and I would definitely stay again on future holidays.

My family of four have enjoyed a lovely extended stay at the Manor Holgate whilst our home is being renovated. The home is lovely, cosy and has everything we could need for an enjoyable stay. What sets this place apart are the stunning, manicured gardens and grounds surrounding the property. It is such a private and peaceful property, the tall trees and lush dense bushland are so beautiful - you wont get tired of sitting out on the verandah relaxing amongst it all. My children have loved exploring and going on adventures down to the creek, running around the grassy lawns and swimming in the pool (just be weary of leeches!) Lane has been a fantastic, friendly and responsive host, accommodating us with a very last minute booking and has ensured we have everything we need for a comfortable stay. She has also helped us with a couple of special requests which we are so grateful for. We highly recommend staying at the Manor for your next relaxing getaway, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a fantastic stay at this property - the space is very modern and full of natural light. The pool was refreshing and great after long days. my friends and I loved staying here and will definitely be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it had everything we needed, spacious layout for our 6 and 10 year old kids. Shops, cafe's, restaurants and beach are very close by. We would love to stay again sometime. Highly recommend this stay. Thanks Brittany, Sharon and Steve.

Just spent 3 days with my husband and 2 daughters for a little getaway and it was beautiful. So quiet, peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Inside was clean, cozy and relaxing. Outside we built a fire , did some fishing and relaxed with good food and company. Loved the visit of the ducks in the morning and even had a beautiful rainbow lorikeet trying to share in our cheese & biscuits. The main bed had the most softest sheets I had to look them up so I could buy them for home (true story) Thanks Kaz & Kev for the perfect little getaway. Definitely recommend and we will be coming back again

The location of the home was fantastic. Being able to look out to the lake made the visit feel very peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes walk away from lively cafes and shops. Not having to drive to the Avoca markets was an added bonus. The living area is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Ruth was a great host. Despite not have the best weather, we still found plenty to do in Avoca. If you’re looking for more entertainment Terrigal is less than a 10 minute drive away.

We were blown away the second we stepped into Sandy's place. The pictures do not do this place justice - it is so much more spacious than we imagined! It has everything you'll need and things you didn't think you'd need (I won't spoil any surprise) - Sandy has thought of everything and has gone above and beyond expectations. The place was immaculate, and everything felt new and of top quality. Located in a cul-de-sac, the place was the perfect getaway from the bustling Terrigal esplanade. We enjoyed the fact we could walk to everything (beaches, lagoon, cafes, shops, restaurants) we wanted to go to, especially as we were there during the busy long weekend. Sandy did an amazing job of managing our enquiries, booking, and requested changes by her timely, friendly, and informative responses. We can't wait to stay at Sandy's place again and will be recommending to our family and friends!
