The Guest House @ Cherry Tree Farm

Welcome to Cherry Tree Farm, Cromwell. Stay in our beautiful self contained guest house set within the gardens of our urban farm and cherry orchard. The Guest House comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a sofa and a daybed. A separate bedroom offers a Queen bed and there is a bathroom with shower. The living area can also be converted to accomodate either 2 single beds or a king double. This makes The Guest House a perfect space for up to 4 people.

Welcome to Minaret - you'll enjoy a cozy and private stay in beautiful Wanaka. Our retreat offers stunning mountain and lake views, a beautiful park-like garden, and private external access. You'll sleep soundly on our comfortable Californian king bed, and have all the amenities you need, including a large flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with a microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle and mini fridge. Just a few minute walk to the lake and tracks and plenty of parking for a car and the boat

The Apartment

Our renovated room is located at the back of our section over the garage, with separate external access via staircase. We are perfectly located for you to enjoy all Cromwell has to offer. Only a 10 min walk to the town centre and lake, even closer to the golf course and of course a great spot for you to stay if you are heading off on the central otago bike trail. The room has a kitchenette with complimentary tea and coffee and everything you need for a relaxing few nights away from home.

It’s the perfect base for enjoying the local restaurants, vineyards, shops, walks, tours, cycle trails and ski fields.

On the banks of the Hawea River, our retreat is a private apartment with your own courtyard, a beautiful garden ,Barbecue and seating separate from the house.Enjoy a peaceful drink by the river. Surrounded in beautiful mountains, we are only a 5 minute drive to Lake Hawea and 15 minutes into Wanaka. The interior is brightly furnished ,with a mountain vista. Down a tree lined drive , we can offer you a quiet private location,with walks throughout our beautiful garden and property

Trail View Apartment Alexandra.

Elevated above the Manuherikia river with dramatic schist rock faces and river views, our spacious,and warm ground floor apartment is nestled next to the Central Otago Rail Trail, Matangi Station Mountain Bike Park, and walking tracks. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.

Set on an acre with gorgeous mountain views and all day sun. This purpose built, architecturally designed room with ensuite has it's own separate entry and is private from the rest of the home. You have your own outdoor area. Linen & towels supplied. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & bar fridge in the room. Wifi & Netflix available. It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.

Loft on Infinity - stunning Lake Wanaka Views

You enter via a shared lobby. From here you take the stairs to your own private guest suite with a spacious lounge complete with a stunning view over Lake Wanaka. This area has an armchair and a large chaise sofa bed with TV, mini fridge & tea/coffee facilities. Off the living space is the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a large shower. The room is attached to our house but is completely separate with private space for guests. There is no kitchen or laundry facilities.

Lake Hayes Escape - Queenstown - Arrowtown

Located right on the lake front of Lake Hayes this stylish alpine apartment is absolutely perfect for your stay. Incredibly warm with all day sun even in winter. Central location close to everything. Spectacular sunset views over the lake. Top cafes and restaurants nearby. Five min drive into Arrowtown and base of Coronet Peak in 10 min. Close to all ski fields. Avoid the traffic. Peaceful and quiet location. Friendly and helpful hosts who live upstairs. Simply perfect!!

Private Guest Suite at The Corner House

Our home is located in beautiful Arrowtown, with the Arrow River reserve (great for biking and walks, or a refreshing dip) just over the road, and the Arrowtown Golf course very close by. Walking into the village is a pleasant 20 minute stroll (for the average person) or slightly longer if you walk along the river. We built our home ourselves in 2007. It is modern but classic and decorated with contemporary colours and warmth. We would love you to come and stay.

Microwave, toaster, electric jug, Nespresso mini,( bring your favourite pods) fridge provided for guests . Coffee , tea, herbal teas and fresh milk provided. Complimentary shampoo, and shower gel also provided. All linens and towels laundered with love and care ,with no nasty chemicals ,hung out in the natural sunlight environment to dry .

We are in a rural setting beside the mighty Clutha River. A self-contained unit with plenty of off-street parking. Quiet and relaxing including a spa bath in your own ensuite. Within walking distance to the Roxburgh town centre and close proximity to the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail. Attention Cyclists: We are now in a position to offer pick-up & delivery of you and your bike if required. Prior confirmation of this would be necessary.
