A rustic industrial style Lake Keowee lakefront escape that places you right on a panoramic point in a private cove. Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. Home is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 pets for an additional $50 per stay in addition to the $150 cleaning fee. No parties or excessive noise as the home sits in a quiet residential area.

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Enjoy your time spent in this spacious and peaceful pet friendly space. Nicely appointed with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Ten easy miles to Clemson and 3 miles to SWU. Besides the open living space the house has a screened porch and accomodates 4 with 2 bedroom & 2 adjoining baths. The home includes washer & dryer, coffee bar, granite countertops, and microwave.
