Welcome to our Ranch. Located on 180 Acres in Dripping Springs, the Hideaway Hill Country is a Relaxing Luxury Modern Home with all the amenities. Decorated Mid-Century Modern and accented by beautifully restored antique pieces. This home is built around the west-facing picturesque 180-degree views showcased throughout the indoor and outdoor spaces. Relax on the large comfortable sofa, the luxury hot tub, or on one of the multiple covered porches and gazebos to take in the beautiful sunsets.

Perched high on a hill overlooking the gorgeous TX Hill Country sits the most stunning A-frame you ever did see. With a mix of mid-century style and artsy touches, this space is gorgeous. The cabin is tucked into a pocket of nature surrounded by 3 acres of oaks, elms, and junipers. The expansive front windows and raised deck provide and incredible sunset view across the hills and dark sky lighting sets the stage for breathtaking starry skies. The hot tub and outdoor shower is icing on the cake!

Blue Vista, lake view, hot tub, fenced yard

Nested on a bluff overlooking the lake, Blue Vista is a cheerful house with a relaxed personality. Enjoy the amazing view, fully-stocked kitchen, oversized jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Work remotely, go fishing, and finish each day watching the sunset from the ambient-lit hot tub. Blue Vista is a quiet retreat in a peaceful setting. With that in mind, we can not accommodate requests for those intending to host loud parties or crowds. Pet fee of $100 per booking. Dogs only please.

Hayloft at the Lookout Stables

Our one bedroom Hayloft has an amazing panoramic view of the Texas Countryside with balconies on each side of the apartment. Open living and dinning area with a kitchenet wonderful for dinner parties for two or up to 4 additional dinner guest. Beautiful antique bedroom furniture perfect for your special day. You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.
