My husband has a disease that keeps us close to the university hospital in Columbia. We needed a relaxing night away yet close to Columbia. We found it here. The stars were gorgeous and the fire was cozy. Enjoyed the short stay. Will be back.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Tabitha’s property. Everything was clean and well appointed. Plenty of space and great basement for games. The sunrises and sunsets were inspiring and we got lucky enough to have a bald eagle perching in the tree by the house this morning! If you are looking for a clean place with plenty of room to spread out (including a country kitchen with large family size table) then this is the place for you. Only 10 miles into Pella - so you can be in the country for privacy and seclusion, but close to conveniences as well.

exactly the kind of place we were looking for with lots of parking for trailers and enough beds to fit our large group! Already have the next trip down booked!

The Corn Crib is a very cozy place to stay after a long day. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could think of! Loved the decor of the Crib and the surroundings were quiet and beautiful 🍂 Will definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the rock house. We visited during the time of the tulip festival and greatly appreciated the proximity to town (walkability and ability to return back to the house when we needed breaks). It felt truly a privilege to be able to stay in one of the original homes in the area, and it was fun to get to read about it's history. We also appreciated Andrea's very quick response time and flexibility (we arrived in the area early and Andrea responded almost immediately when we asked about parking at the house prior to check in, indicating the home had been cleaned and was ready to go, which was very appreciated given challenging town parking during tulip time, not to mention a child who was very ready to get out of the car). We would love to return when in the Pella area again.

We have stayed at this location several times while visiting our son who attends Simpson College. It works great for our family and will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience at Mrs. Katie's place! From the moment we booked, her communication was excellent—she was always quick to respond and made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The farm is absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and scenic environment. Mrs. Katie was so kind and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. A special highlight was the delicious Shoo-Fly Pie she shared with us—it was a real treat! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay. We'll definitely be back!
