We enjoyed our stay at the crab cottage. The golf cart was a definite highlight to cruise around the town. We enjoyed eating out at the local places- definitely good food at lennys and willeys! The children enjoyed the back yard n we loved sitting on the screened porch. Thanx 4 a wonderful stay!

The place was perfect for our stay. Decorated so cute and had everything we needed. Collette was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed at Karen’s place with family and friends for my daughter’s wedding at Swan point yacht and golf club. It was a great home base close to the venue. Had all the necessities and was very peaceful at night. Loved the screened in porched!

There are so many wonderful things about this place, but ill try to be brief. The house itself is gorgeous and felt like home. It was nestled on a hill and felt very secluded and peaceful, despite being in the middle of so much to do. The walkability was incredible! Every day I walked to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and shopping. I brought my dog and its a very dog friendly area!! Lots of hiking around, as well. The town of occoquan is filled with shops and historic attractions. The host was very friendly and responsive, too! I can't say enough good things about this stay - highly recommend!

Are stay included two families that are in-laws and it was 11 of us total and we had an absolute beautiful weekend it was great the house I cannot say enough about how immaculate and perfect it is how accommodating Megan is how she has so many things that are there that she didn't even tell you and listen the amenity section literally you don't need to bring anything with you but yourself in your clothes we will definitely be back here again for another stay as extended family and I couldn't say more about how wonderful the place is

I truly enjoyed my stay at Mr. Theo’s place. We needed a short term stay (2.5 months) while our house was being built and Mr. Theo was a God send! Mr. Theo’s place was clean and absolutely beautiful. The place has everything you need for a short or longer visit. Mr. Theo is the best host. He was always responsive to my questions and truly treats you like family. If you are looking for a place to stay make your booking you won’t regret it.

It’s a stunning place to stay, conveniently located near Potomac Mills and with easy access to Fairfax, Vienna, Arlington, and DC. If I ever return to Virginia, I’ll definitely be staying at Claudia’s place again! It’s such a hidden gem. You’ll find everything you need on her Airbnb, including a kitchen where you can cook, a pool table for some friendly competition, a cozy spot to relax or work, and even a garage to park your car. So far, this has been the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! It feels like home away from home. 🥰🥰

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Everything was exactly as described, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

The place was absolutely perfect. She made it easy to get access when we arrived. She made us feel welcome with the home. Everything was in perfect condition. The house was great for our holiday get together. It's in a great location for Southern Maryland. It was also fun to see the animals hosted there.

This place could not be more perfect for our trip to DC. It was the perfect distance to the metro. Our group of 8 had so much space of our own, yet plenty of room to be together in the common spaces and not be on top of each other! We went in the coldest month of the year, so unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the best of what the outdoor areas had to offer but the views were breathtaking regardless. Melanie’s place was extremely clean and everything was provided and then some! Everyone in our group would like to go back in warmer months to spend more time outside. Before we got there, Melanie explained that there was an issue with one of the sinks in the cabins and said she would credit us accordingly. I thought that was great! It did not hinder or create a problem whatsoever! I hope we get to make it back sometime!

The accommodations were great. I would recommend this place to anyone. They checked on us to make sure we needed anything and a contact number to reach them. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. I would stay here again the next time I visit.

We loved our experience at John’s cabin! It was so incredibly peaceful - our host could not have been more friendly & helpful, even on a holiday weekend, the woods were beautiful surrounding the lovely cabin on a hill, and the beds were comfy. We definitely wished we were staying longer than a weekend!

Beautiful home in quiet beach town. Host were so very nice and accommodating and even extended our stay when our new home did not close on time.

The view was breathtaking; we were even lucky enough to spot four bald eagles! The Nest is both spacious and cozy, making it perfect for a group getaway. There’s plenty of room for everyone to gather for games or meals, and enough quiet nooks to unwind solo with a book or cup of coffee. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything I needed for cooking, and more. We also enjoyed feeding the koi fish. One standout moment was Elton’s kindness and flexibility when I had a last-minute change and needed to bring my cat along — he was incredibly understanding, which made a world of difference. Thank you to John for a lovely stay at The River House! We enjoyed a gorgeous sunny sunset happy hour on the tiki bar dock and moody views of fog and mist rolling over the water all in one weekend. John’s place is clean, comfortable, and cozy. We had everything we could possibly need for a weekend of quiet, beauty, and relaxation. Can’t wait to come back!
