This is a private studio apartment attached to my home, with a private entrance and parking. The pool is a shared space. The house is quiet, clean and colorful and just completed rennovation. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A 5 minute walk to the Beach Park which has a pool, bocci, pickleball, tennis, basketball and kayak rentals. The house is a quick ride to the P. G. airport, 2 miles to Sunseeker Resort and 3 miles to historic Punta Gorda.

We're located on Gottfried Creek/Redfish Cove, just off of Lemon Bay. We are 2 miles from Manasota Key, where you will find Englewood Beach and Stump Pass State Park on the south end. Great shark tooth hunting! As you head north on the key, you will find Middle Beach and Manasota Beach. Surrounded by water, there is so much to do! Kayaking, fishing, boating or just laying on the beach soaking up some sun! We have two kayaks and two bicycles for your use, or try fishing from our dock.
