Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.
