Stayed here while at a horse show at TIEC! Lovely space, comfy beds, great kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot! We didn’t get to utilize the back yes fire pit or the screened porch since we were horse showing all day every day but they looked ideal! Great views and felt private even with neighbors to the side. Lots of room for vehicles and great use of space inside the house.

Beautiful place, relaxing and quite. It is a great place to stay and plenty of stuff for kids to enjoy. We had a great time with our family.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain house in Rutherfordton! The views were stunning, the rooms were cozy and well-designed, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, making everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This home is tucked away in a cove on Lake Wylie. Quiet at night (except for the frogs). Peaceful mornings. Great for kayaking without all the busyness on the main lake. Perfect spot to enjoy the lake but only 10 mins away from everything you need. If you are going to be in the area you won't be disappointed.

If AirBNB allowed reviews higher than five stars, this is a property that deserved more than five stars. It was obvious that she put a lot of effort into both the practical, and the decorative aspects of the home.The property was spotless and really nicely furnished both inside and out. The beds were very comfortable and the linens for both the beds and the bathrooms were really nice. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb, such attention to detail and lots of small thoughtful things! One example was all the fire pit accoutrements which included both kindling and firewood, as well as marshmallows,chocolate and graham crackers! We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching over 12 different bird species come to the bird feeders. We only needed help from host once and her response was practically immediate. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

This is such a hidden gem! It’s quiet and peaceful which was perfect after the days we had. Feeding the ducks was certainly a plus! The only thing I would be mindful of is if you plan to book this location, if you have a truck and a trailer, it is quite difficult to get backed in or even turned around in the driveway, but that was no fault of Donna’s - I should have asked prior to booking. On the plus side of that, if you ask, she may be able to accommodate with some other parking arrangement depending on the situation and her bookings. All in all, everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for much more.

Melodie's place is a slice of heaven if you're looking for a peaceful hobby farm retreat. Around every corner were new discoveries whether the beauty of the landscape or the animals in their various living spaces around the property (horses, cows, chickens, couple friendly cats, and sweet welcoming dog Shelby). If you have time for a walk to the woods you'll be treated to a bubbling brook w a bench beside it for some contemplative time, not to mention flowers to gaze at all along way. We hadn't really been aware of the sauna (maybe it's in the listing and we missed it) but it's an incredible treat if you can find time one evening to check it out. There's even more than the exterior beauty and sauna treat, but I'll let you discover some surprises on your own. Ideally, you'll spend several days so you can take it all in. Melodie's family incl husband + kids were so nice + made us feel at home. Our stay was A+++ and we hope to return. Worth driving a little farther for this GEM.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Was clean and cozy and very quiet. Love the loft and high ceilings and made for a perfect getaway. Kitchen was also very nice with ample space. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely beautiful home! Very private and quiet location. We stayed for a few days and had everything we needed. Hosts provided lots of snacks, drinks, and a very well stocked coffee station. The place was SPOTLESS! Smelled great inside (and outside thanks to all the pretty plants and flowers). We even got a personal welcome note and vase of flowers on the counter when we arrived. We briefly met Chris and Valerie when we got there and they were super kind and welcoming. Could not recommend this stay enough!!

Great location for us to do Charlotte exploring , very quiet , safe location , super easy check in , beds comfortable . Appreciate they allow dogs and the fenced yard

I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

This was an end of the summer getaway for my wife and I. We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and activities of the are. We kayaked, did several hikes, found secluded areas that we could swim and picnic. Visited chimney rock. Had some nice meals at local places and took advantage of making ourselves some meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The cabin is very cute, spacious enough for a family of 4 or more, well decorated with the owner's own artwork of local scenery. We actually had fun and played a lot of ping pong. Nice table. We hope we can swing another trip to view the fall colors

After another property I had booked for my family's water heater broke, I was scrambling to find a property for them to stay in while they visited for the weekend. I am currently working disaster relief in Asheville, so not too familiar with the area. We were lucky to find this property! With two adults, a teenager, two kids, and a small dog, we had plenty of space for all of us. It was a perfect place for us to just unwind and spend quality time together and we would definitely book this property again for future visits.

This cabin was the perfect get away from the busy city life! Tena's home was so cozy and was very family-friendly! We had a great stay here!

I love that they re-did this cabin so well. It is stylish but homey. And there is basically anything you can think of that you might need. Very cute and very close to downtown. We would definitely stay again!
