A great place to stay in Arvada! The house is in a great area not too close, but not too far from the main attractions of Denver. The house is cozy and the 70s theme is well done without being kitschy! We will absolutely stay again.

Great place to stay and the Hosts went above and beyond!

Comfortable home with all the amenities our group needed. Shelly had a basket of snacks ready for our arrival! Location to restaurants and Red Rocks was a huge bonus. The hot tub was a nice perk, although when we first started it, it was in SL mode and only 90 degrees. After researching, we were able to pull it out of SL and it heated nicely. Shelly was wonderful at responding to any questions we had. A few notes: the home did have a scent of dog, so if you're allergic, please be aware. The shower in the main bath was very difficult to figure out. Overall, the home and location were well worth it and I'd recommend this home to anyone exploring the Golden area.

Their place couldn’t have been better for our Bachelor Party weekend in Denver. Not too far from downtown, great amenities and space. 10/10!

Lindsay's place was spacious, clean and inviting. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location if you’re looking to explore Denver. Within 15min drive to downtown. Though we didn’t use the kitchen, it was nice to have the option to cook meals had we decided to. Plenty of room for two, so you’re not feeling like you’re crammed and on top of one another.

Great place within just a few blocks of main street in Golden! Very responsive and personable host, and all aspects and listed amenities were exactly as described.

Not only is the property great, the owner has a team to support guests (and the owner is available as part of that great team). We had no issues for this last minute, same night stay and flexibility was extended in ways to assist our timing with our departure as well. Property was clean, free of any clutter and had great access to solid internet connection. There is not a stove which is clearly listed on the listing, the owner actually provides more than some places without that utility need by way of an air-fryer and microwave. The fridge is full size, super clean and the coffee kcup machine had enough supplies for me to enjoy a couple cups daily. I didn't realize it was pet friendly until after checked in and a few other options, the owner and his host teammate responded no problem to everything we asked without any extra fees or worries. Very gracious hospitality and would recommend this stay for anyone needing a clean, comfortable place to stay.
