Beautiful tiny house with all of the amenities. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Bathroom with bathtub. Queen-sized bed in sleeping loft accessible via stairs. Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

You will enjoy short drives to the Oregon coast, mountain hikes, wine tasting, local u-pick market farms and more. We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Welcome to the cottage in the country! A lovely spot to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet. This spot is within 5 minutes of the Eugene airport, and 10 minutes of downtown Eugene, it's the perfect in-between! We offer free wifi, Roku TV, and Netflix. We have a large fenced in area for dogs and the wetlands across the street for bird viewing or walking. This spot is a great outdoor getaway or stopping point during travels.

Lovely 320 square foot tiny house with a single vehicle parking space and private entrance on a quiet cul-de-sac. The tiny house includes a flat screen television , wifi, kitchenette, small fridge, double hotplate, and a keurig. Kitchenette includes utensils, cookware, bottled water, and some snacks. There is a big private fenced yard for your enjoyment. Small dogs 24 pounds and lighter are allowed.
