Great location, large clean, comfortable apartment with everything you needed for a welcome break

Karen is a very nice person and responds quickly. The house is great and very clean and everything you need is available and the internet is strong. A place where you feel comfortable and safe. If I had the opportunity to return to Bournemouth, of course, this house would be my first choice in housing, but its only drawback is that there is no supermarket nearby. You need a 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, grocery store or any services.

We had a wonderful couple of days in the annexe which was surrounded by absolutely beautiful countryside. The accommodation was exactly as described. Carol and Derek were perfect hosts.

Flat was clean, comfortable and in a great location, the perfect base for exploring the area. We walked everywhere and didn’t use the car until we drove home. Thank you Kevin, we’ve had a wonderful stay.

The apartment is a characterful and beautiful, well equipped, spacious space which felt relaxing and interesting at the same time. It fulfilled our desire to stay in somewhere that wasn't an ordinary, bland, featureless room. It was filled with curiosities and museum pieces whilst also being comfortable and quite lovely. Lovely property it had all the amenities. Good location. Near the centre of Swanage, about 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Near the beach. There a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube Disney+, everything you have with smart tv.

Fantastic location in Sandbanks. Close to the beach, harbour and ferry. Great apartment, nicely decorated, good facilities, comfortable, plenty of space for a family of 5. Really enjoyable base for a few days holiday.

A comfy studio with everything we needed for our short break. A good location to explore Poole and the surrounding areas. The nearby Secret Garden path was a peaceful place to walk the dogs first thing, plus it was also a good way to get to Poole Park. The homemade jam with the cream tea was a highlight! Barrie was great at communicating too.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the flat. It was really clean, homely and quiet with everything we needed. George was very friendly and always responded quickly if we had a question right from when we first booked to when we left. We hope to return soon!

Tracy & Richard's place is very convenient and stocked with all the essentials needed for a weekend getaway or even a longer vacation. It's in a great location with a couple of minutes away from the local pub and a 30 mins walk from Lyme Regis.

Excellent stay during the Easter holidays 2025. Great location right by the beach. The property is a comfortable 3-bed flat which suited us (family of 4) perfectly. No real gripes to speak of and felt like very good value-for-money. Steve was a great host and communication was spot on. We'll definitely be going back again.

My mum and I had the most glorious weekend in Lyme Regis - and Guy’s hideaway was the perfect place to stay! Guy was totally charming, warm and welcoming - making us feel right at home (plus an array of breakfast things laid out for us and everything). The view overlooking the sea, at the end of the garden - where we sat with a bottle of fizz - is also better than any pub or bar you can find. We will be returning!

Beautifully clean place to stay. Very well done and we had a great break in Swanage. Brilliant walks and coastline. Always found a space with the on street parking. Would highly recommend!

Right in the center with easy assigned parking. Very clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and walking distance to a large supermarket. Excellent communication.

Me and my partner loved the place, we wanted something intimate to celebrate our engagement and it was just perfect. The bonus was even the hot tub, just loved every minute of it. Can’t wait to come back again because we loved our stay so much. Definitely looking forward to come back again. Quiet location, able to go for walks and just enjoy the nature. Thank you Teresa for the little basket for breakfast and the bottle of Prosecco 🥂 it was the cherry on top. Hope to see you again soon.

We had a lovely stay - the apartment is cosy, great central location close to everything we wanted to do during our trip, nice to have some outside space, hot tub was a plus as it was a relaxing treat after lots of walking around town. Leesa and Gary are very thorough, helpful, easy to reach and kind. They also gave us fab recommendations and were very flexible/understanding when it came to our specific circumstance and needs. I went for the Easter long weekend with my mum and friend. Anna is super lovely and made the whole stay great. It was self check in but she was available over message and very responsive. The flat is super clean, comfortable and spacious. We had treatments at Annas salon (massages and facials) and we all agreed they were the best we ever had. Couldn't recommend enough!

We absolutely can not wait to come back! The place was beautiful, the biggest bed I’ve ever seen…Hot tub is perfect. Great games room. Accommodation was not only pristinely clean but absolutely beautiful as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation was clean and well equipped - the hot tub is a highlight! Leyla the host was extremely responsive and check in was very easy. It’s a great location for exploring the surrounding area - we used the ferry and buses to get to both Swanage and Bournemouth. We loved eating at Lazy Jacks restaurant only a 10 minute walk away. Can’t recommend enough and would definitely return.

we had an amazing stay here, the cottage itself is spotless, clean and tidy, has 2 lovely fair size bathrooms and each room has big beds especially the main one. the hot tub was clean and the bluetooth speaker was great. the games room kept the kids entertained for ages, the garden is massive and are dogs loved it out there. the place is brilliant the only negative thing I could find is the garden is in need of a little touch up and repairs in place, but to be fair we went in early spring and I'm guessing these jobs can't be done until the good weather so it's not a problem. great place though.

We had a wonderful few days in Portland. George & Sez were great hosts, immediate responses to any questions we had. Apartment is stunning, views breath taking. The weather was amazing so the terrace & hot tub were a big hit. The apartment is a stones throw from the coastal paths, each morning we'd walk down to the Lobster Pot by Portland Bill for a coffee. One thing I would suggest if you're eating out in the evening, is to pre-book especially during holiday season as there isn't an abundance of eateries open in the evening. We had two meals at the Cove House Inn about a 10 mins drive from the apartment which was recommended by George & Sez. Fantastic views & food but definitely book. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The beds were so comfy (and I am super picky about this). The location was great, we had such a great stay, my daughter did not want to leave.
