We came to the house for a staycation from Midlothian and had an excellent time here! Close to all the sights and restaurants. Our host Ursula gave us great recommendations and was very sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was charming and comforfotable. Loved the kitchen where we spend most of our time with friends and family in celebrating our son’s graduation ceremony. The accommodation was just as expected worth the price. Love how it was walking distance to place and my son’s apartment. Sarah and husband were very responsive to our needs. I cannot complain other than saying great job on the house. Looking forward to future stays. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful stay at James’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. James was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. I truly appreciated the little touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

Richard went above and beyond to ensure that my family was comfortable and at home. He was highly communicative and responsive and the information provided before and during the stay was extremely helpful. I booked this home for family who visited the area during my wedding week and, as a local, can say that the house is in a prime location between parks and the river park system and a vibrant shopping and restaurant district. A fantastic stay in a well provisioned, unique space that is meant to be enjoyed!

Spent 2 weeks here with German Shepard, we loved the house, great setting, neighbors are very nice, we walked our dog and he loved all the deer & the overall setting. It’s quiet, house is spacious, clean & safe.Hosts are responsive and courteous.

This place is perfect. All amenities are available and plentiful. Furniture and decor are spot-on. I would move in. The check in and communication were seamless. If all hosts were this great!

We loved staying at Nadine's place! Great location that is walkable to a lot of local things to do. The neighborhood itself is beautiful. The apartment was exactly as described and was quiet and peaceful. Loved having the snacks on hand. It was a great place to stay for a weekend. Nadine was super responsive, and even messaged me when she found my phone charger that I had left when we checked out! Highly recommend staying here - we'll be doing the same next time we're in town.

The apartment/condo is just as described. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots/pans and everything else I use in my kitchen. That was a treat. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The home was quiet and easy to come and go from. There is an electric fireplace in the master bedroom which made the room so warm and cozy. The parking was perfect, right outside the door and we never had a problem getting a spot. Chandra’s communication was punctual and very helpful. Our stay was over the Christmas holiday and it was so festive as she had a beautiful little Christmas tree with lights and ornaments and a wreath on the door; it made our Christmas feel more like home since we had to travel. The place was wonderful and highly recommend to other guests.

Christine’s place was just as described. We loved the peacefulness of the neighborhood and easy access to nearby restaurants and coffee shops, all the light coming in from the windows, and the extra amenities (e.g. access to Apple TV, kettle/ tea, and nespresso machine/ nespresso pods, amongst other things). It was also incredibly clean. We’d love to stay again if we come back to Richmond.

Great cozy space for a weekend trip! My friends and I went to Busch gardens for the weekend and wanted a quiet yet affordable and reasonably close location for the park. Casey was very attentive with our questions about getting in (it was all operator error aka me 😳😳) and any other inquires about our stay. The location is on a quiet street with an amazing coffee shop that is directly behind the Airbnb. We will definitely be back!! Casey also offered dish soap, hand soap, detergents, an extra toothbrush and toothpaste, along with a few more things in case they were forgotten.

This place was WONDERFUL!!!! Clean, quiet, organized and comfortable. We had everything we needed for my husband and I to enjoy staying there in order to visit my extended family in Richmond. I was born and raised there but my left at age 23 though the rest of my family stayed in Richmond. The location at the airbnb was within walking distance of EVERYTHING!!! I would love to stay here from now on any time I am visiting family there....or even just to visit the VMFA as well as other places!

As soon as I walked in, it was love at first sight. The space was very warm, inviting and super clean. Just laike a home away from home. I will definitely rent again next time I'm in the area.

My second time staying here, and would definitely recommend to anyone! Very quaint and cozy place and perfect for two people! In a quiet area, but still a good enough distance to the downtown area! Ethan is a wealth of knowledge on local recommendations, and makes his guest feel right at home!
