This stylish Pod is perfectly positioned above Edlingham Vale, with the Simonside hills beyond. Deep in the heart of North Northumberland, amenities in Alnwick and activities are just a 10 minute drive away. Next to the Pod, there is parking for 2 cars. Our Pod overlooks the hilltop Farm Steading of Overthwarts, giving panoramic views of the countryside. With your own private gated entrance, you can come and go as you please or enjoy the views from the comfort of the wood fired Kirami hot tub.

The Blacksmith’s Shop

Newly converted detached cottage (which was historically the Blacksmith’s shop) situated on our working farm. Adults only, one king sized bedroom with bath, shower room and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. 42 Marygate has been converted from redundant commercial space. Centrally located, with access from the high street, this is an ideal location in the centre of historic Berwick. Only a few minutes walk away from the railway station, this makes it accessible via train and also an ideal base to explore Northumberland and Edinburgh. On entrance you can make yourself at home in the large open plan living area with a wood burning stove for cosy nights all year round.

Escape to the beautiful Scottish countryside in this charming and tranquil holiday home. This one bedroom cottage with living room and kitchen is recently refurbished and a light, clean and comfortable space. In a perfect location to explore the Scottish Borders and Northumberland coastline and beautiful beaches. The cottage is attached to a family home with on site parking and outdoor space. There is no TV set but the cottage has a TV licence for BBC IPlayer use.

The Loovre is a Grade II listed unique tiny home. Formerly an icecream parlour, and until the 1950's a Victorian Ladies Loo! Enjoy beautiful internal timber work and finishes, a light filled space, a private courtyard to the rear with a raised seating area to enjoy to view over the walls and fields beyond. Luxury bed linen and towels. The property is superbly located in a quiet corner of the town centre and within (nearly on!) the Elizabethan Town Walls.

Dancing Puffins: Situated on the heritage Northumbrian coast and only 5 mins to nearest beach. This is a traditional cottage on a family farm, newly renovated throughout and with extensive views to the sea, rolling countryside and Cheviot hills. Many beautiful villages nearby including Bamburgh and Seahouses, with great restaurants, sites to see and boat trips to take! Also close to historic Lindisfarne, known locally as Holy Island.

Beblowe offers you the chance to unwind and enjoy the magic of Holy Island which is cut off from the mainland twice a day by the tides giving you a true sense of escapism. The cottage is blessed with wonderful views and is bathed in morning light. For colder months my home is cosy with central heating and a wood burning stove; perfect to relax in front of after exploring the island .
