The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Original oak floors with vintage decor from the 50's gives one an idea of what life was like to live on the Mother Road. We have great wifi and streaming. Enjoy the starry nights and beautiful sunrises. You will feel the peacefulness as soon as you walk in the door. We have plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, barbecue grill, central heat and air.

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.

It has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a propane grill. There is plenty of parking area for trucks/trailers.
