Milkpan Farm is situated in Godshill, which we have recently purchased and have refurbished. ** We offer generous discounts on the ferries * It is set in a superb rural location for couples, ramblers, dog walkers and cyclists and a great place from which to explore the Island. The accommodation is self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking. Central heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV are just some of the facilities available. The accommodation is newly fitted to a high specification.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Pretty cottage in lovely area near south coast

WARM, COMFORTABLE, AMAZING LOCATION A super-cosy, rural getaway with an unbelievable view, set in the grounds of a medieval manor but feels private. Perfect for a family, a couple, friends. Looks out onto a lake and the downs. 10 mins to the coast, within 30 mins to anywhere on the island - village pubs, seaside towns, foodie restaurants, beaches, adventure parks, castles, cliff-top walks. An incredibly peaceful and restorative haven for 2 to 4 people. A very tranquil yet very handy location.

Quaint Coach House Cottage in the heart of the IOW

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT NEAR THE NEW FORREST NATIONAL PARK! This pretty cottage was the former Coach House and lies in the grounds of the historic Merston Manor House which dates back to 1605. The Cottage is approached by its own drive from Chapel Lane and has private parking opposite. This cottage is next door my other listing Cosy Stable Cottage which maybe available if this is not. We have a minimum 3 night booking. Monday is not available but please contact me if you require a Monday stay

Chale Bay Farm - Needles' View

Needles' View at Chale Bay Farm is an air-conditioned family-friendly self-catering apartment with stunning views towards the Needles. The living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer and adjacent dining and lounge/sun-room. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with sofa-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

Brambles Shepherd’s Hut

Situated in a quiet rural location with stunning views over open countryside, this shepherds hut has everything you’ll need for a memorable stay on the Isle of Wight. Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space.

Foodies Heaven

A light and airy wooden chalet accessed by a path through a fully fenced orchard with seating and a fire pit ideal for catching the last of the evening sun. Dogs are welcome and can be walked within the 8 acres of farmland which extends to the Eastern River Yar and includes a wildlife pond. The chalet is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a Red Squirrel. 5 Pygmy goats in Sue’s garden next door are sure to amuse you.
