A self contained annexe with a shared entrance, perfect for couples with a view of the beautiful River Tamar, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty also Weir Quay is a World Heritage site, ideal for walking, (we are on the route of the Tamara coast to coast walk, get in touch if you would like a 1 night stay) there’s fishing, boating wildlife and bird watching, avocets,oystercatchers & curlews Come and try a kayaking trip just outside the door on the River Tamar which can be booked with us.

It is located with stunning views of Brunel’s world-renowned Royal Albert Bridge (1859) and the Tamar Bridge (1961). 5 mins away is the China Fleet Golf and Country Club. Private use of the field shown is included in the rental and is ideal for a picnic. Nothing is better than a glass of wine outside by the fire pit at night enjoying the view of the bridges. A Cornish Cream Tea welcomes you upon arrival.

Tides allowing, enjoy sailing, paddling, or swimming - within yards of your door. Or just soak up the view and read by the woodburner. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

Spacious, self-contained first floor apartment, with private entrance, in quiet area with many local facilities. Plymouth city centre is just over a mile away, whilst the sea is two miles. It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.
