The Dubuque Lane Guest House was a perfect “home away from home” for our first visit to Burlington! The guest house is walkable to both Winooski (10 min over the bridge) and downtown Burlington (40 min) with an amazing view of the falls of the Winooski River. The guest house is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious with lots of little personal touches to make our stay feel extra special. Plus, guests receive dedicated off street parking with a garden oasis and private balcony to enjoy. I highly recommend this unique guest house in the heart of Burlington!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Kristin’s place. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and relaxed. I have stayed at many Airbnb but none were as well equipped and homey as this was. Beautiful quiet setting yet very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from there. Also loved seeing Kristen’s horse behind our apartment every morning. When we return to Vermont we hope to stay here again. Thank you Kristen

Nous avons eu un très bon séjour chez Barry et Jenny ! La grange correspond exactement aux photos et les environnements sont plein de charmes. Tout est réuni pour un beau séjour à la campagne. L’arrivée s’est très bien passée et nos hôtes ont été très accueillants. L’entrée est indépendante de la maison principale. L’aménagement intérieur est de très bon gout et toutes les commodités sont présentes. La literie est très confortable et tout est très propre. Nous avons profité également du beau jardin et des alentours environnant. Nous reviendrons, c’est sur, lors d’un prochain séjour dans le Vermont. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et de bon conseil !

Great stay near Burlington! We were here on a college visit, and this was perfect for myself and two teens.

Jean’s guest suite is a hidden gem! Perfect getaway from being downtown while still being close by. We loved the location and comfort!

This was my second stay at Roberta’s. I loved it that much the first time. Roberta was beyond accommodating. I booked the location literally hours before my arrival which I would have preferred not to do but my circumstances at the moment didn’t allow anything else. Roberta responded to my message right away and made sure the room was ready upon my arrival. I felt so beyond thankful that I had this resource. Already being comfortable during my last stay and of course Roberta’s willingness to accommodate me on such short notice. Love the heating with the electric hot stove real flames. The bed beyond comfortable. The shower 🚿 is the most unique I’ve seen it is incredibly roomy with an open concept. Excellent water pressure. Roberta’s place for me is a sanctuary when I need a place to stay and I know it will be peaceful and beyond comfortable. You can’t miss the entrance either she has it so beautifully lit. Ed and Lynn’s place was incredible! Felt like a home-y cabin in the mountains. Great views and a charming interior. Ed and Lynn were very responsive and particularly helpful when a snowstorm hit. Would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at Julie’s place, it’s a very comfortable place to stay especially the king bed. Everything was exactly as described/pictured, we didn’t want for anything during our 3 night stay. Julie was especially helpful with making sure we could get out each day for skiing and comfortable afterwards, quite a bit of snowfall while we were there. We’d gladly stay at Julie’s place again.

This is my first repeat stay at an airbnb which tells you all you need to know :) I love this quiet, restful place just a few minutes south of Burlington! As a solo traveler I feel very safe knowing that Ashlie and her family are right there, without them being the least bit intrusive. The hot tub, the fireplace, the cozy space along a brook and beside a mountain... it's just all so lovely. I hope to be back again!

A good place to stay in Vermont. There is a large lawn area behind the building and the scenic view of it is very nice.

I can't stress enough how thankful I'm for Beth's hospitality attention and care. I stayed here for the weekend for a continued education course and she provided keurig coffee cups, yoga math a clean and excellent organized space. very very peaceful. I enjoyed her taste for the deco also the attention and quickly replies to any questions or inquiries. Definitely coming back here if needed!! thank you Beth.

We enjoyed our stay in Burlington. Katrina’s property was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for and exactly as it was represented in the listing. We will definitely recommend it to others.

This space was clean, quiet, and cozy. It had all the amenities I needed for a gig weekend in the area. The shower is incredible and the location is close to the center of Burlington. Had a great brunch at The Spot. Ellen was responsive and also supportive when retrieving an item I left behind. Highly recommend staying here.

What a cute little place with everything you need and nothing you don't. Kitchen is adorable. Coffee was quite tasty. The washer/dryer were great to have. Shower A+. Bed comfy for 2. It was like living in a well laid-out tiny house. No complaints :) Clearly lots of attention was given to energy efficiency, which they did a great job with. Extra credit for that!

This was a really great apartment, and had everything you would need, despite its small size. The snacks they left for us were a nice touch, and we took advantage of the tea and coffee as well. The bed was a bit too soft for my preference, but I’m sure it’s great for some people. Overall, this apartment was well-located for our needs and I’d likely come back when we are in the area again.

Loved that the place felt private, but also grocery store, cinema, and restaurants close by. I thought the place was perfect! ❤️

Nice, clean space. Quiet neighborhood. Close to UVM & Downtown Burlington. 2 adults & 2 teenagers and 1 dog stayed comfortably.

We loved staying here!!! The space was SO cozy, a lovely atmosphere and so much space! The beds were so comfy and warm. The kitchen was quite well stocked with pans and plates and was so clean. The views are stunning!!! Erin alerted this with us in advance, so it wasn’t a negative at all, but just the dirt roads leading up with the mud can be difficult to get to! But we came in expecting that, which was deeply appreciated. Overall, we loved staying, would definitely stay again.
