Very welcoming, clean and with a very large garden with lots of room to park a car, trailer and motorcycle

Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Ανταποκρίθηκαν αμέσως σε ότι τους ζητήθηκε. Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και ιδανικό για διαφορετικές οικογένειες καθώς τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν μπάνιο το κάθε ένα ξεχωριστά. Διαθέτει μεγάλη αυλή στην οποία μπορούν να παίξουν μικρά παιδιά.

Our home was just 7-8 minutes away by car from all the amenities of Aspravalta and only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea. We spend 7 days there and we found everything needed in the house. The open-plan living room had a large table that was perfect for both dining and working. The bedroom was thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the linens were spotless, almost like brand new. Waking up every morning to a nearly 180-degree view of the sea and the Halkidiki mountains, and being able to look at that view any chance we got during the day, made us so so happy. With its stunning view, spacious living room and balcony, and breathtaking sunsets, we spent an unforgettable 7 days here. If I had to summarize this stay, I would describe it as peace, tranquility, and hope. We’re truly happy to have met our wonderful hosts, Martha and Joannis and their lovely boys. Περάσαμε στο διαμέρισμα του Νίκου, ένα πολύ ωραίο σαββατοκύριακο. Όλα ηταν τέλεια και ιδανικά για εμάς. Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο, είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν και ακόμα περισσότερα. Πολύ κοντά σε ταβέρνες με καλό φαγητό και καλές τιμές. Η φιλοξενία του Νίκου εξαιρετική. Φιλικος, επικοινωνιακός, και πρόθυμος να καλύψει κάθε ερώτηση μας για το σπίτι και για το υπέροχο γραφικό χωριό. Τωρα που ανακαλύψαμε το σπίτι του Νίκου...….. θα μας βλέπει πολύ τακτικά.

This was a great experience. The house is next to the sea, and the beach is just at the end of the garden. The view from the garden is incredible. It was very peaceful, no noise at night. There is room for private parking. We didn't interact much but Efstratios was available and made sure I had everything I need. I definitely recommend it!

Very friendly host. The food was nice and affordable. The housing was almost new but traditional at the same time. A little bummer was the closed pool / whirlpool and sauna. Otherwise we had a great stay. The location is a 1 hour walk out of Melnik but we had a rental car and it is a nice starting spot for hikes to the monastery.
