This spacious family home has 4 (+1) bedrooms, a kitchen/living room with a large log burner, and another living/dining room with an open fire, both opening onto the veranda. Spacious house with no stairs. Walk in showers and the second bathroom you can relax in the spa bath. Close to the Tannery for shopping, movies and eating out. Feel like a swim 10mins to Summer beach with restaurants in the area. Lyttelton 9 mins away with excellent seafood restaurant Fishermans Warf. City 10 mins away. Fast food and cafes Woolston shops, and Ferrymead walking distance with many restaurants, shops to pick from. There’s two walking reserves at each end of the street, with a park.
