Come and enjoy the unique environment any time of year. This spacious family home has 4 (+1) bedrooms, a kitchen/living room with a large log burner, and another living/dining room with an open fire, both opening onto the veranda. Feel like a swim 10mins to Summer beach with restaurants in the area. Lyttelton 9 mins away with excellent seafood restaurant Fishermans Warf. City 10 mins away. Fast food and cafes Woolston shops, and Ferrymead walking distance with many restaurants, shops to pick from. There’s two walking reserves at each end of the street, with a park.
