I have to say right off the bat that the overall five star rating is very well deserved. Our host, Mr. Kubilay was in touch before the start of our journey. He gave detailed instructions and both hosts were waiting in person to welcome us. Mr. Kubilay was kind enough to help me with the bags to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is very clean with all the necessary things for a longer stay. The beds are very comfortable and all of us slept soundly. The location is great with markets right down the block. The neighbourhood is very lively and we had a great time walking along the sea front promenade most evenings. We commuted with the tram most of the time with the station a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a taxi stand down the street and cabs to Basmane train station cost around 250-280 tl. If we are in Izmir again, this would be our preferred place to stay.

イズミルの繁華街に近いロケーションで、非常に観光し易すかった。 部屋は清潔で、設備は充実しており、滞在中に不便を感じることもなかった。 ホストのDoaさんも非常に親切で質問は10分以内に回答があり、何一つ困ることなく滞在できた。

Place was great, owners answered every question i had in maximum 10 mins. Place is clean, lightning is great, has a great balcony. Location was great. (restourants, coctail places, coffee shops etc.)

Ev merkezi bir bölgede, iyi bir site içerisindeydi. Sessiz, sakin ve konforlu bir konaklama imkanı sundu. Nazik bir tutum sergileyen ev sahibi iletişime açıktı.

This place was absolutely amazing. Doa, has been wonderful and very supportive at all times. I’ve enjoyed so every much and am glad that chosen this place. Beautiful and peaceful family apartment. everything well organized. Location in center of everything, everything is close-by even the hospital right in front of the building. Keep up the good work!

Ev sahibi çok ilgili, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Çevre ile ilgili yönlendirmelerde de bulundu. Evin içi kusursuzdu, ihtiyacımız olan herşey evde mevcuttu. Ürünler çok kaliteli ve temizdi. Konumu merkeze çok yakındı, heryere yürüyerek ulaşım sağladık. Yazın tekrar gitmeyi planlıyoruz. Kusursuz hizmetleri için çok teşekkür ederiz

Güzel ve kaliteli malzeme ile dekore edilmiş bir ev olmasının yanı sıra evde yok yoktu. Tüm ihtiyaçlara cevap veren mutfak gereçleri mevcut olup aynı zamanda çok keyifli zaman geçirecek bir bahçeye de sahip olan ev konum olarak Mimoza ve Bodrum plajlarına da 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Osman beyin ilgisi, hızlı dönüşlerinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Ela Hanım gayet ılgılı ve nazık bırıydı.Girişten çıkışa kadar çok yardımcı oldu.Evin konumu çok güzel sessiz sakin güvenli bir yer.Bır dahakı zıyaretımde kesınlıkle yıne tercıhım olacak.

Gerçekten çok iyi bi durumdaydı ev. Birçok gerekli eşya vardı (havlu, el havlusu, tuvalet kağıtları, mutfak malzemeleri) Çok da güvenilirdi. Ayrıca Mehmet bey ile anlaşması oldukça kolay. Teşekkürler evimde gibi hissettirdiniz.

Mehmet Bey’in evinde 2 gün konaklama fırsatı bulduk. Ev ile alakalı her şey mükemmel ve muazzamdı. Konum olarak ise 2 büyük alışveriş merkezine ve toplu taşımaya(tramvay-izban) yürüme mesafesinde çok yakın durumda. İlgisi ve alakası için kendisine gerçekten çok teşekkür ederiz saatin kaç olduğu fark etmeksizin hızlı bir şekilde yardımcı oluyor. İzmir’deki en iyi konaklama deneyimlerimin en üstündeki bir ev oldu.
