The flat is spacious, very tidy and clean, is located in a quiet building on a peaceful street, just a short walk from a main road with grocery stores and restaurants. It's a relaxing and convenient place to stay. The host is kind and responds quickly to messages.

Absolutely stunning place with great local surroundings. Such a homely small place with everything you could need.

Beau studio bien équipé,bien situé. Nous y avons juste passé une nuit, mais nous y retournerons sans soucis pour un plus long séjour.😁

Sue was super responsive and very friendly. Great local recommendations and lots of clear instructions. The apartment is really lovely with convenient car park a few yards away and immediately oppose pier - Very nice eatery at the end of the pier. Sue provided lots of lovely extras, snacks, toiletries milk, lemons and even a bag of ice! All very lovely and much appreciated. Unfortunately a lot of late night noisy revellers well into the wee hours on Saturday night / Master bedroom was quiet but 2nd bedroom took the brunt of street noise. Windows had to be closed and the apartment is very warm after a couple of lovely sunny days! Will take ear plugs next time:-).

What a fabulous apartment in the perfect location, had everything we needed and the best welcome pack EVER! The balcony is bright and sunny, the beds are enormous and super comfy, we loved everything and hope to be back one day, thank you Janey!

Wonderful retreat which offered a sense of being private & slightly apart from busyness of Margate whilst being less than 2 mins walk from the vibrancy all Margate can & does offer. The accommodation was charming, welcoming, contemporary & full of vintage uniqueness plus offering expansive sea views via the front room/kitchen space & one of the bedrooms. Personally, we loved the walk up the original spiral staircase to the apartment but may be an issue if mobility needs to be considered. Access to excellent activities, events, shops, restaurants are within 3mins walk. It is a foodies delights re restaurants however there is a well-stocked & reasonably priced Aldi 3 mins walk away too. Free on-street parking directly outside accommodation also a bonus. Stephanie was communicative & responsive prior & during our visit with helpful support & suggestions. In all a lovely space to relax, recharge and reconnect. Thank you Stephane. Definitely will return & recommend!

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Kelly’s - the location was perfect, the apartment was lovely and had everything we needed, and Kelly went out of her way to give us tips and places to go. We had to check in late and Kelly could not have been more understanding!

Great weekend by the seaside. lovely little place right on the beach with a great view. Easy walks in either direction and all the amenities there for you including the kitchen- not that you need it with some fabulous restaurants 5 mins away tops (The Ship and La Turka to name but 2). We had a little problem with the loo which could have caused issues but Teresa got someone out within the hour and the problem was sorted before we got back from a stroll. That's service for you! Loved it, thoroughly recommend.

We had a great stay at deans place, it was perfectly located for the beach and some cute shops and lovely restaurants. We spent most of our time at the harbour arm which was bout a 10 min walk! Deans was greatly equipped and also lots of space. We will defo be returning back to Folkestone again!

We had a short 4 night break at Walpole Heights to get away from London and switch off from work. The apartment was immaculately presented and a great spot to access the beach and local area. Free on-street parking right outside the apartment for the two cars was also useful. The apartment is spacious and tasefully decorated. We (including the dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At night it is very quiet. On arrival we went across the road to the Walpole Bay Hotel and sat on the terrace for afternoon tea. A perfect location!

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent host from start to finish. It really felt like Paul cares about his property and cares about his guests. The little touches of amazing fresh bread, milk, coffee, fruit etc were really kind and very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment. Also the proximity to the restaurants and bars is perfect - not to near to hear the noise but only just a few minutes walk away….. and there are some really great restaurants and bars in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Peaceful and relaxing. We loved our stay here. Having breakfast on the decking, taking in wonderful views each morning was fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Annexe was the best short stay we have ever had. David is such a wonderful host, so friendly & helpful in every way. We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived, the sun was shining so took advantage of the provided sunbeds & chilled out with a nice cold beer. Was my husband’s birthday so David recommended the Indian, Raipur, a delicious meal, first class. David also recommended a day at Sovereign Harbour so caught the train to Eastbourne & off we went. Again did not disappoint, our first visit here, with sun shining again had a fabulous day & Italian meal alfresco. On the Sunday again on David’s recommendation we went to the local pub, the Castle Inn for a roast dinner with the added bonus of live music, what a wonderful end to such a lovely stay in Pevensey Bay. Fun,sun & dance, what more could we ask for . If you only need a one bedroom stay do not hesitate to book the Annexe, with David as your host you cannot fail to enjoy your stay. We had a great stay at Kates place. it's very deceiving to look at but the place is very spacious,off street parking it's perfect for a city break away. the beds are super comfy and the place was spotless. definitely worth a stay

We had a lovely trip to broadstairs. The apartment had everything you need, and more, for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic with sea views and close to all the local pubs and restaurants. Special mention for the Tartar Frigate. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palm Lobster. Well located, visually striking, comfortable and luxurious, James has really hit everything you would hope for in an Airbnb. Helpful little notes around the place ensure you're feeling supported and a welcome hamper left in the kitchen was a really lovely surprise. Perfect location if you want to walk the zigzag cliffs down to the beach, or head into town for a stroll around the shops and harbour. Hope to be back soon!

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

This is a beautiful home from home, it felt like staying with friends. We visited at Easter and there were two chocolate rabbits waiting for the kids, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen, living area and main bedroom are spacious and this is a great area. Close to the beach, train station, bars and restaurants. A lovely stay and we’d go back again.

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

A brilliant location for exploring St Leonards and the surrounding area. Everything about the flat is gorgeous, very clean, well equipped and of a high standard. We had a warm welcome from Jackie and knew she was on hand should we need anything, thank you.
