Cozy unit in a peaceful resort-style complex located at the heart of Lake Herdsman. This 2x1x2 has you covered: 1x queen-size bed, 2x king single beds, and a sofa bed in the living. Both bedrooms have BIRs. Open plan area with high speed Wi-Fi and a fully functional kitchen. With its lavish garden, the complex has a swimming pool, BBQ area with a pergola, tennis court, fully equipped gym, and direct access to the lake. Coffee, tea, linen, towels, laundry pods and basic toiletries provided.

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Located at 14 Brentham St Leederville. Surrounded by parkland and a great courtyard this villa has to be seen to be believed! The villa provides parking for 2 cars on the property and is light and bright with good vibe. Situated 1km from a cafe strip the villa is handy to a great continental deli bottle shop and lots of good restaurants if you don't feel like cooking. Recently renovated and refurbished with new furniture, flooring and appliances the villa is modern and welcoming.
