The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. Several renovations later this is now our cherished home with garden level guest suite. We live and work quietly upstairs and your suite downstairs has a private entrance with keypad. Come stay in beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado in our newly remodeled condo. It is centrally located with easy access to the ski mountain or downtown to enjoy the restaurants and shops. This condo sleeps 8 people with two well-sized bedrooms and a loft with a bonus room attached. Please note that the pictures of bedroom 3 are of the loft sleeping area and the pictures of bedroom 4 are of the bonus room sleeping area. End each day relaxing by taking a dip in one of the community hot tubs.

There is a nice covered deck with outdoor seating and plenty of sunlight. The cabin backs up to Zirkel National Forest and the Elk River flows right across the road. The Evergreen Cabin is a perfect setting for a quiet getaway. There is Wi-Fi in the cabin and a small tv that you can stream from or watch dvds.

The spacious deck overlooks the forest and the mountains as well as the warm water ponds.
