Super cute, clean, and charming in a perfect location for getting anywhere you need to in St. Pete. The unit was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Gwen was very communicative and helpful.

Our unit on Madeira Beach was just as expected! Very clean and modern. There was some morning traffic noise but that was expected by reading the previous reviews, but it’s a great location! Easy access to John’s Pass/Hubbard’s Marina, restaurants and the beach! Our host was very responsive as well. If I was staying longer, laundry on-site would be great and more kitchen supplies too. Otherwise, everything was great! My son enjoyed using the PlayStation during downtime! 😉 Would definitely stay here again. 😃

COUP DE COEUR 😍 ce logement est fait et preparé avec passion et amour c'est très mignon, autant l'intérieur que l'extérieur . très bien equipé avec plein d'attentions pour garantir le confort . nous avons très bien dormi. grand et agréable extérieur pour profiter du soleil nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps tellement on s'y sentait bien . le quartier est très sympa . bravo pour ce très beau logement et merci pour votre sympathie Laurie et Clément

Our stay at Jennifer’s place was great, the location is lovely and the place itself has a historic charm that was unbeatable. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Everything you read in the description is spot on. Honestly it was even BETTER than the description. Super clean and easy to communicate. The water park (usually $30 per per son day but INCLUDED in your stay) was a blast and the on site restaurant was terrific. The beach was literally a 6 minute walk. They also supplied everything you need for the beach. The room itself was great in that you had everything you would need for the week. Other bonus was the washer/dryer in the room. We give this host a space a 10/10!!! Highly recommend and would go again and again.

The location was perfect, apartment was very clean and spotless . It’s was easy check in .Location was very closed to everywhere middle of Tampa .We enjoyed exploring the area .l can highly recommend to Edgar places .

Last minute getaway for one night and Brandon approved our stay very quickly. Nice 65inch tv with access to multiple apps to watch shows/movies. Only wish we could have stayed an extra day to enjoy the hot tub. 5 stars across the board!

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

Sid is always great to my staff & I! Definitely goes beyond to make sure everything is perfect. This is definitely our favorite place to stay during our trips to Tampa!

This was the perfect location for our family. We loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The place was clean and well stocked. Would love to come back.

Felt safe, despite initial concerns over the neighborhood. The furnishings are not ideal for someone with mobility issues, as everything is either very low or very high.

We stayed for a long weekend and this house was great! had everything we needed including laundry since my wife and I have a 17 month old. The beach gear with cooler and umbrella were perfect so we didn't have to rent at the beach. Very close to downtown Clearwater and close to the bridge over to Clearwater beach. It allowed to skip a bit of the traffic before the bridge to cut down on time in traffic. the hosts were very responsive and fixed an issue we had right away. We would stay here again!

Très belle location spacieuse avec 4 vrais chambres, très propre, calme et bien située proche des commerces et de la plage. Nombreuses prestations (serviettes de bain, produits ménagers, condiments, ...) disponibles et fortement appréciés pour cette location. Dung a été très communicant, serviable et très réactif. A recommander sans hésiter.

Miladys was a wonderful host and accommodated an early check in for us! Her place was a great place to stay in, very clean and in a safe and convenient neighborhood.

Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

Eric delivered on everything and more. This place is in a great location directly across from beach. Amenities include a beach cart full of everything needed. Would stay here again

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

Had a great time. Literally could not get closer to the beach. Great restaurants very close. Had some questions when we arrived and Kelley answered them all. We’ll be back!

Fabulous space with an outstanding location. Walked to get all groceries and eat at wonderful restaurants. Pool area was nice with afternoon sun and just steps to the beach. Thanks Margie!

Excellent location for beach which was much less crowded than up around Pier 60. Within walking distance of restaurants shopping, pier60 and marina.The most beautiful sunsets can be viewed right from your balcony. Lovely pool. Comfy beds. Lots of beach items to use buckets shovels umbrella and chairs. Any questions or concerns we had for Peter were responded too quickly. 🐚🌝☀️

Great place for a quick and easy getaway vacation. Perfect across the street from beautiful beach. Pool seemed a little smaller than picture but was good size. There were pool crowds at points but not bad at all. And right next door to BOGO margaritas all day :-)
