Super comfortable stay. Very walkable, in an open minded neighborhood. I appreciate the convenience of staying in Lakewood with all the conveniences of home. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

Location is wonderful! Al's Deli attached to the building was excellent and many places to eat within walking distance. Southern Tier Brewery on Prospect Ave was great! Everyone at the apartment building was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again when in Cleveland.

Stan was a great host for my 4 month stay. He was always on top of it and very helpful with things like heating and the wifi. Overall a pleasant stay at a very nice apartment, with a friendly host.

Wonderful home, was clean and the host was personable and respectful. great location and helpful hints to some great places in the area to eat! would love to be hosted again.

We had a very comfortable stay at Mr. Byram's place. He communicated precise instructions which made it a breeze to locate the place. Off street parking was a big bonus. The apt. was clean and comfortable. It's location in Little Italy gave us plenty of dining options within waking distance. CWRU campus is also a few steps away, which made it perfect for us. In spite of its proximity to the bustling Little Italy neighborhood, the apt was quiet and peaceful and we had a very restful night. For our future visits to Cleveland, this would be our first choice for accommodations.

This place was super convenient, easy street parking, and had up-to-date furnishings and necessities. Justin was great with communication and had excellent recommendations of local places to go eat and do while we were in town. Would love to stay in one of his properties again.

The place was clean, comfortable and safe. From the photos I had expected a bigger kitchen, but it was compact and sufficient for our needs. Our puppy had an amazing time running in the backyard. James was very responsive and helpful from checkin to checkout. Love the place and thank you James

I really enjoyed Kristin & Marybeth’s place! It was perfect for what I needed for my dog and me. Beautiful home, great location, clean, all the necessary amenities. Everything was as advertised & host was very responsive. The keurig and coffees were a nice touch for my coffee-loving self!! Mabel my dog was so at home, and we even found a dog-friendly bar in walking distance ❤️🐶. I hope to be back next time I am home in Cleveland!

My group really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful house, clean! A lot of restaurants and other places to visit were near by (driving and walking). Friendly area. I would rebook this place if I would to return to Cleveland!

Our stay at 157 Paul St. was awesome! It had everything you needed for a weekend, even for a long stay! The beds were comfortable and the towels were luxurious! It had anything you needed for the bathroom or kitchen. The living room was simple but still had the essentials and a work desk. Everything was very clean and in order. Stephanie was great at communicating and we would definitely stay again!

Very peaceful setting and home was very clean and well stocked with necessities. Kari was a very pleasant host. I would stay at that location again if ever in the area.

Perfect location in downtown CLE, need an overnight place for downtown sports, highly recommend, close to everything! Go Browns! The space and bonus rooftop space are awesome! Must choose this place if in downtown CLE!

Tina is a great host. She is also a very nice and kind person. We loved the breakfast she cooked for us even though i'm not sure if we paid for that. She was so kind and warm to insist us to check out at a delayed time because of dangerous road conditions. Top notch hosting with great pricing.

Suriya was a wonderful host. She made sure that the house was in great condition and works very hard to keep it that way. She made an effort consistently to make sure that I had everything that I needed. She made accommodations for me when things in the house were not available, and she went above and beyond to leave nice little surprises throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic area. My summer up in Cleveland would not have been as good if I was not staying here.
