Beautiful Guest House in Desirable Northside

Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the company of butterflies and hummingbirds. The King size bed is so comfortable! Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

Lake House Retreat

Nestled on the serene shores of Lake Seminole, this charming lake house offers an idyllic retreat for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The property boasts stunning waterfront views and direct access to the lake. The house features spacious living areas, modern amenities, and cozy, comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a relaxing stay. A public boat landing is 2 minutes away. Whether for a weekend or longer, this lake house on Lake Seminole promises a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure.

Guesthouse - Studio in the woods

The guesthouse sits tucked back in the woods next door to our home, offering privacy and quiet once you arrive. The surrounding area is rural and unpolished - but the property itself is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm EST. We do not allow check-ins after 11:00 pm. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who is unsteady on their feet. No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping permitted in the cottage or on the property.

The Carriage House

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

Bring the whole family to this clean, spacious home in the country. Enjoy the games, books and smart tv in the sunroom. The bathrooms have been updated with new tile in the showers. The small updated kitchen has all of the amenities. Relax while swinging on the back yard swing and grilling. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. There is plenty of parking available so bring your boats for your hunting or fishing group to Lake Seminole, SpringCreek and the Flint River.

Located just four blocks from beautiful downtown Bainbridge, this one bedroom, one bath historic shotgun house was recently moved to Broughton Street from across town and fully renovated by your host. Enjoy a taste of an original tiny home with big personality! Home includes free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and tips from your host on favorite local stops. Pet friendly stay perfect for walks through historic downtown Bainbridge for pets under 50 pounds with a $75 pet fee.

Loblolly Haven - One

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This one bedroom apartment is located on the east side of Cairo. It’s just a short drive to Thomasville, Tallahassee and Bainbridge, and within minutes of several local motocross facilities. It features a small office for your convenience. It is adjacent to Loblolly - Two, if traveling with a group. Within walking distance, there is a bar, restaurant, convenience store and liquor store.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage. Home built in 1910 and recently remodel to create a home the embelishes southern hospitality. Relax on the front porch 3 blocks from the town square and directly across from the new development by the hospital authority. Very quite even during the weekday buzz. Space designed for gatherings and friends.

Tucked away within the beautiful Alderman building the Studio Unit is a perfect location to getaway. Located right off of “Georgia’s Downtown of the Year” you’ll be steps away from Bainbridge’s best in every way. The unit includes den-kitchen combo with shower/bath. There are stairs to access the queen bed loft. There is no elevator access.
