Close proximity to KU campus, Allen Fieldhouse, Memorial Stadium, restaurants, Clinton Lake & bike/walking trails. We are a couple of miles from I- 70/Lecompton interchange. 3 BR /1.5 bath, full kitchen, laundry facilities, onsite parking. Private country views and livestock on property. Only 6 guests per night.

If you'd like to unplug & spend time on a Kansas Farm, this place is for you! The original 100 year old farmhouse has been modernized to feel cozy, yet still has its original charm. There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.

Adorable 2 bedroom one bathroom cabin with a fireplace, large deck with hot tub, pretty view, good water frontage, nice flat yard and private dock to park your boat with a ladder for swimming. The cabin backs to pretty woods which provide peace and quiet, privacy as well as abundant wildlife. The lake is just 100 yards down a nice trail through the woods. A 3 person kayak is available for your use, as well as a fire ring and lawn chairs.

It is equipped with a full kitchen, single bathroom, washer and dryer, flat screen TV equipped with 100 mbps and Amazon Firestick and cable TV with 70 plus channels.
